(Sage pov;)

The things I have learned about Brier in the three months I have been here:

She is a lot stronger than she lets on.

She is a lot braver than she lets on.

She has many scars on her back, that she goes to great lengths to cover.

She has nightmares every night, that she made me promise not to tell anyone.

She hates swearing.

She will kick your butt if she feels the need to.

She has a heart of gold.

She madly in love with Thorne, although she will never admit it out loud.

Observant, she always observant of what's around her. Although she seems to space-out a lot, she knows exactly was is going on around her.

Brier let out a cry as she rolled over in her sleep. I got up and curled up closer to Brier, trying to comfort her. She started saying the name "Keefe" and started to cry harder. This has been happening for the past six days. Then boom, just like that she shoots up. She took and deep breath then looked at me.

"Sorry," she said with a shaky breath.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah, like I told you, this is normal for me," She said giving me a slight half-hearted smile. She flung the covers off and got out of bed. "Brier you need sleep," I said as I followed her out of the room. We quietly walked to the kitchen, opens her laptop, and started her new nightly routine. She researches on anything and everything she can about the Neverseen. I curled and went back to sleep, no point an staying up for no reason.

(Thorne/Fitz pov:)

"Thorne... Thorne!" Someone yelled waking me up from my sleep. "Yeah," I sleepily answered still not fully awake. "Is Brier in here?" Atlas asked with concern and worrier laced in his voice. "What? No. What?!" I said shooting up. "Briers gone?" "Yeah, well Sage is with her but there's a hole in the wall and a broken flower vase!" He told me turning around and walking back into the kitchen. I quickly follow him. "Have you tried calling her?" "Yes!" Monica said on the verge of tears. "If she got kidnapped again... I... I." But before she could finish Brier come storming into the house. "Brier!" We all said at once and rushed over to her. "Where have you been young lady! You scared us to death!" Atlas said to her in a stricken but caring voice. "Did you sleep?" Monica asked before she could answer to Atlas. "Sleeps never been my friend." She said not looking at anybody. I had been silent this whole time trying to figure out what wrong. Sleeps never been her friend? What that's supposed to mean? Ohhh... Nightmares, she has nightmares. But before I could say anything, "Go get some sleep, Brier. Sage, come with me." Atlas commanded. "I'm not tired," She said, a little too quickly. "Fine don't sleep, but I need to talk to Sage." And with that Sage and him walked outside, with Monica not far behind.

Brier, why didn't you tell me you were having nightmares?

She let out a sigh and  went and laid on the couch.

You do so much for me and you have many other things to worry about. You don't need to worry about me. Nightmares are just a  part of my life.

Brier, nothing I more important to me than making sure you're ok!

I transmitted while sitting on the couch beside her. She laid her head on my shoulder.

How did I end up with the perfect guy?

And then before I knew it she had dozed off.
