It has been about a month since Teru and Mizuki got together. They've gone through thick n' thin during that one month. Fought some bad supernaturals, had a few school mystery incidents, and even managed to go on a few dates to the nearby cafe.
The only word that could describe what Mizuki was feeling right now was bliss. She was finally at peace and finally happy.
As the couple sat atop the old building's roof, they watched the summer sunset, like they usually do. It had become a sort of routine for them to watch the sunset.
"Mizu..." Teru softly spoke as he shifted in his seat to face her. She didn't move, and only gazed off into the horizon, a dazed look in her tender silver orbs.
"Mm?" she hummed, telling him that she was listening.
"Look at me." he said. It took a moment for Mizuki to snap back into reality. She blinked as she faced to her side and at Teru, her beloved.
"Yes?" she asked, a smile gracing her lips. Teru pulled her close, tugging on her arm.
His lips met hers as he leaned in.
Startled by his sudden action, Mizuki froze in her place, mind racing a million miles per hour. But, soon, she melted into the kiss as she closed her eyes and relaxed her muscles.
She felt like jelly in his arms. As if he put a spell over her. And maybe he did. A love spell. One that makes her heart flutter every time she sees him. One that makes her sleep to the sound of his voice.
Teru was, is, and always will be her one and only true beloved.
"I always wanted to do that." Teru chuckled as he pulled apart from Mizuki, a bit too soon to her liking.
She flushed pink as she smiled at him.
She always wanted to kiss him, too.
