,, this really isnt necessary " lance grumbled with crossed arms when he looked into the locked room through the see though wall it had.

Keith had new cuffs on his wrists and he watched him sleep besides the sleeping wolf that wa snow all bandaged up.
Kyungsoo had one of his hands on the wolfs fur as if to check if it was still there .

,, allura thinks it is "
Shiro sighed standing besides him.
,, look I know how you felt about him and I get that it's hard to-"
,, how can you guys honestly not see that its him ?? "

Shiro only looked at Lance's glare until lance turned back to look inside when keith moved his head a little.
,, hes dangerous "

,, its keith ! It's not some galra or the enemie its keith we are talking about !"

,, how can you be so sure it even is Keith" shiro finally spoke back ,, he took a knife and almost killed hunk "

,, did allura tell you that or hunk? He was just trying to get help for his wolf, the cut was an accident and hunk knows that aswell" shiro only shock his head somehow not wanting to believe Lance's words and the lad was starting to wonder why shiro seems to want it to not be keith so much.

,, why are you so against it ? Even if it wasnt keith you wouldnt act this cold with any other prisoner, hes obviously harmless.. he cant even stand on his own for long, he needs help.. "

Shiro looked down at Lance's words watching the sleeping boy himself.
,, allura has more experience in this the galra cant be trusted"

" he turned to face him but only looked at his feet as if he was battling with himself,, when I had bandaged him up after we arrived... i saw" he bit his bottom lip looking the other way and shiro spotted some tears forming in his eyes ,, I saw scars on his shoulders and upper arms.. I'm not sure but i think he caused them himself.
lotor said on that day we lost him that he couldnt always hurt himself to hide his Gene's... what if that's what he meant?"
He sighed collecting himself again as he looked at keith and continued

,, what if keith is just like that? He said once we figured out we would hate him and keith didnt seem to deny it" he had a stern expression when he looked back onto shiro who suddenly found no words anymore ,, why does it matter ? Allura lost her people, family and planet to the galra. Shes too angry to even think about how much we cared but you practically raised him shiro ! " he pushed his chest angrily ,, you were there for him and now you're treating him like hes the enemie because he has some furry purple ears peaking out of his head!?"

Shiro was quiet while lance angrily rubbed over his eyes looking back into the room, he was upset with he coldhearted treatment that was going on. It seemed like everyone had lost their mind except for him, how could they not see that it was their keith, how could they not see that he needed them now more then ever when he had sacrificed himself to save them all.

,, lance !" Hunk suddenly jogged toward them just as shiro was about to say something which made shiro finally turn away and walk off instead only having hunk look after him confused until he disappeard.

,, how is he ?" He asked looking inside the room.

,, not good, I'm glad hes finally sleeping tho. He spent the whole time early just petting his wolf and paying attention if it was breathing still " lance explained taking a seat near by as they couldnt find a better room to lock him up it was the storage room right besides the room with the couch and televisions here they had used to relax in but lately havent had the time to.

,, it's my fault .. " hunk admitted in guilt as he looked inside ,, I shouldn't have reacted that way when he had these little fluffy ears peaking out of him, then he woudlnt have reacted like that and allura wouldnt have assumed he was attacking us"

Lance looked at him a little confused as he followed up what he said until he frowned ,, hunk-"
,, it wasnt because she thought he was attacking you hunk " pidge entered the room aswell as the 2 looked at her.

,, what are you doing here ? Did shiro sent you ?" Lance squinted his eyes looking her up and down suspiciously while she adjusted her glasses only briefly looking into the room before onto him again.

,, no .. " she stated folding her hands behind her back as she shifted in her stance causing even hunk to raise an eyebrow at her before she sighed ,, well technically he did ... but I was going to come here anyway "

,, well if you're going to give me another speech about how i shouldn't let my feelings blind me then you're free to leave again " he rested his head on his fist leaning his elbow on the armchair lean.

,, I'm not here for that ... " she admitted

,, why else would you be ? Its not like you could really fight keith if you had to... you're about as weak as him in that state" he tried to joke but it came out a little wrong and lance looked the other way with a bit of pain in his eyes while pidge glared to herself as hunk just laughed a little nervous letting it fade when no one reacted.
,, sorry "

,, you're here to make sure I wont brainwash hunk " lance waved his hand at her a little annoyed not wanting her to be here if she wasnt actually interested in keith.

,, brainwash ?"

,, he still thinks this isnt Keith" lance huffed disbelieved as he glanced at Keith's sleeping form.

,, so you're sure it is ?" Pidge questioned but didnt once look inside the room. Almost as if she wanted to avoid the glance.

,, how " she looked a little sad herself troubled but also worried as she only kept her eyes on lance, who looked down .

,, when we got out by the ladder, did you see how torn apart his legs were not to mention all the other injuries we didnt see that time... but he still kept that .. that fierce face. Stubborn and hot headed as be used to... when he climbed it... I saw it in his eyes... thats keith "
Lance explained shipping over his forehead with a sigh of exhaustion.
As the others kept quiet, he noticed how hunk would look inside the room in sadness but pidge seemed in conflict with herself not even daring to look into the direction.

It made lance suspicious.
,, what about you guys?... do you believe its keith"

Hunk glanced down sadly before sighing himself ,, when I wanted to cook soemthing for him.. he said my name he seemed so happy but also scared to see me " he shrugg his shoulders ,, I.. I think its keith too "

Pidge was quiet noticing that the 2 now had their eyes on her and shifting under the glances uncomfortably.
She didnt know what to think or what to say, she wanted to just join in and say it was keith but she didnt know and she didnt want to take risks to be hurt again .. yet what she did know was that that boy wasnt dangerous
,, I dont know if its keith.. but why does it really matter now ? Hes still just a boy who had been held as prisoner and tortured.. even if it wasnt keith, he sure as hell isnt the enemie.. and he doesnt deserve to be treated this way."

Lance nodded a little glad that these 2 at least didnt share the same thought and opinion as allura and shiro which should make It easier to help them get on the right teack. By the looks of it they dont have much time, keith needs the Team now.

He was vulnerable now. Broken and with his past keith had suffered enough. Lance couldnt stand for it to continue.
