Shiratorizawa lost. Karasuno won.
"Be prepared to do one hundred serves when we get back," That was all Coach Washijo said, his hands still resting on his back. Despite losing, he remained his usual expression and the members could only nod— knowing they were unable to do something about it, "Most of you did not listen to Y/N's warnings about their middle blocker and libero."
"It will be fine," Their manager spoke up in a monotone voice. Though they were surprised she had being displaying emotions in the past days, it came more as a shock to see her back to the emotionless demeanour, "What's done is done. We will just have to accept that and strive to be better for next year."
Nodding in agreement, Goshiki couldn't help but tear up at the loss, "Y-Yes, Ushijima-chan!"
"What are you crying for?" Tendou raised a brow, chuckling, slapping his back.
"I-I'm not crying—!" Said boy disagreed whilst wiping the oncoming tears.
Ping!

Ignoring the banter, Y/N gave the coach a quick notice before leaving the court, walking out of the area and to the hallways. It was quiet— minus the silent chatters happening which was only a few people but nonetheless, enough to give them privacy.
Turning her phone on to unlock it, it was then taken out of her grasp as arms wrapped around her waist, bringing her closer to the source. Almost— she was close to panicking until she realised the familiar and comforting scent that she loved so much, "...Ru?" She whispered, a crestfallen look plastered on her face as she turned around to face him.
"Are you alright?" Oikawa asked, a sad smile on his lips as his glasses reflected a slight bit of the light source. Taking notice of his spectacles, Y/N's eyes travelled to his clothing— he wore a blue coat, complimenting his dark, brown pants. Needless to say, he was as beautiful as ever. Nodding her head slowly, she took a step forward, closing her eyes and letting her head rest against his chest.
Oikawa gasped slightly at her sudden display of affection, 'Y/N... You're too good for me.' Guilty— that was how he felt. The amount of times he's hurt her and the many times she always came back to forgive him— it confused him, even up to this point.
"Y/N-chan, can I...?"
It was like their first experience all over again. But he knew she wasn't in the mood to talk. Lifting up her face by holding her chin, she only nodded, placing a hand to cup his cheek. Before their lips could meet, the brunette pulled away out of guilt.
"I'm sorry, Y/N," He leaned in, letting go of her face and resting his forehead against hers, "I know I've said it so many times but I'm so, so sorry. Please forgive me."
Opening her eyes, she gazed into his dark brown orbs, unmoving, "It's fine," She whispered, wrapping her arms around his waist, burying her face onto his chest. She wanted to say more— express how she felt but she was too tired. As his arms snaked around her waist to embrace her, she could've sworn she almost fell asleep right there if it weren't for him calling her out. But could you blame her? He was too comfortable. Way too comfortable, "I just want to sleep..."
"Y/N—" Pausing, he cupped her cheek, his other hand still on her waist. Her eyes snapped open again, no longer half lidded, "Did you sleep last night?"
Y/N merely shook her head, rubbing her temples, "No— it must've been because of the final match and yeah..."
"You should get some rest," He sighed, pressing his lips against her forehead, "Your health is a priority, Y/N-chan."
