"State your full name and age"
"Denali Argent -- twenty three years old." I answered, my voice filled with boredom.
"What's your status?"
"I am the teams strategic operations leader as well as their corpsman." I answered annoyed while staring at the woman in front of me. Her face too focused on the screen in front of her; searching for confirmation, engrossed by it all.
"How long have you been here?" she asked not tearing her eyes off of that screen.
I looked at her rolling my eyes, "Four years."
"What is the reason you are here?" she questioned finally tearing her eyes off the screen to meet mine. I stared at her in annoyance and anger; looking towards the man dressed in the fanciest suit you could imagine. He stood at the top of the room, observing us all from his thrown behind the glass that kept him protected from ever being questioned again due to his current position.
I scoffed and tore my gaze away from his to meet the pair right in front of me, "I'll pass, proceed to your next question." I demanded.
"Denali we have been through this countless of times, you need to answer the questions truthfully, you cannot do this." The lady stated as she grew tired of my attitude.
I smiled at her, a smile that could only be plastered out of irritation, "You'll move to the next question because I asked kindly. You and I both know I won't answer it, so please save us both the trouble." I explained.
She sighed and shook her head, mumbling a couple of words under her breathe as she continued to the next question. "Who and what is your connection to Elijah Castle?" she began again.
"Elijah, he's our teams weapons expert." I answered growing quite bored with this evaluation again.
"What about Santiago Price?"
"Santiago Price is our teams combat leader."
"Okay, who is Selene Hunter?" she asked.
"A girl." A smirk coming onto my face as hers grew irritated.
"Ms. Argent who and what is your connection to Selene Hunter." She repeated, her voice growing angry.
"She now makes apart of our team, I have no connection to her." I answered shrugging my shoulders as I started to inspect my nails.
"What do you know about her?"
I rolled my eyes once again moving my head back while letting out an exaggerated sigh as I looked at the lady in front of me again, "I don't give a rats ass about the new girl miss, I don't know anything about her and to be frank, I could give. a. damn." I answered gliding my hands down on the table and inching closer to her.
"She is your teammate now, why not care?" she questioned her eyebrows furrowed.
"Because I only care about one thing right now." My mind going somewhere else.
"What do you care about?"
"None of your business." I spat angrily looking away as anger clouded my memory.
