[8] Survival Training (Part 1)

Kakashi's Pov

As usual, I came at the training ground 3 hours late.

"You're late!" Sakura and Naruto shouted at me.

"A black cat cross my path so I have to take a long way"

"Liar!" I saw the other two sleeping on a nearby tree peacefully.

"Naruto"

"Yes Sensei?"

"Wake the two up"

"Huh? Who tw– oh" he headed over the two as he wake them up.

Kizuna's Pov

"–zu-chan! Kizu-chan!" I woke up seeing Aru-kun shaking me.

"Sensei. They're up!"

"Okay. This alarm is set for noon" he said as he put a timer in a log post.

"All you have to do is get these bells from me. If you can't get them by noon, you go on without lunch. You'll be tied to those post and watch me eat my lunch in front of you" that's why he said not to eat breakfast. I heard stomach grumbles from two person from the team.

"Wait Sensei. They're four of us but why there's only three bells?" Sakura ask.

"Well, in that way, one of you will be tied to the post and ultimately disqualified for failing to complete the mission. That one goes back to the academy" an irk mark appeared in my head. This guy... He's definitely making a war between us. We're gonna break apart this way and...

I look at Kakashi-sensei as he smirk at me.

"Then all of you could fail too. You can use any weapons, even shurikens. If you're not willing to kill me, you won't get a bell. When I say start, you can begin" Aru-kun grab a kunai and charge up to him. Kakashi-sensei suddenly appeared behind Aru-kun, twisting his arms behind him, pointing a kunai at the back of his head.

"I didn't even say start yet but you came at me with an intent to kill. How could I say this? I'm starting to like you guys"

"Start"

We scatter and in our own hiding place. I try to observe first the situation.

"You and me. Right here and now. Fair square!" Aru-kun declared as he choose to stay at the middle except to hide.

"You know? Compared to the other three, you're a bit weird"

"Oh yeah? The only weird thing here is your haircut!" Knowing this will go to nothing, I start to take action on my own.

I concentrate on concealing my chakra before making clones. After this, I jump farther from them and goes deeper in the forest. I assign three clones to help the other three in defending Kakashi-sensei. The other clones are to distract Kakashi-sensei in case he tried to look for me.

Teamwork. This is the lesson of the test.

"No matter what I do, those three wouldn't cooperate"

I hid in tree and wait for him to arrive. My hand holding Myougonichi. Moment of silence filled the face before the rustling of leaves from the bushes cut it off. What kind of ninja will make noise in a place he's hiding?

"It did took a while to find you. You're good at concealing Chakra. You're a good one. I guess you figure the test out base on your clone's action" I swing Myougonichi at my back only to be clash with a kunai.

'His Chakra... It's faint and altered. Clone!'

I flew back and silently make a clone. I need to look for the real one if I need a bell. I searched for his Chakra signature around.

"You know Kakashi-sensei? It's not good to just watch..." I grab a kunai with an explosive tag and throw it at the east. A loud explosion occurred and Kakashi-sensei appeared beside his clone.

"That almost hit me" I grip Myougonichi and prepare myself to go all in with my Sensei. This new Chakra signature is much more firm and stable. He's really Kakashi-sensei. This sure is a hell that awaits for me.

He rushed to me in an immediate pace. I swing my katana and headed in it on his pouch. No pouch, no weapons. Of course, it failed. But my clone was able to get a bell and put a substitution of it. Even though I get one, I still need to get for the others.

With one hand, I hidingly made clones to surround him, a Myougonichi in each of them. My clones will be my temporary teammates for a while. We rush as he keep on throwing kunai on us. Me and clones keep dodging every weapon that he throw at us.

"Wind Style : Wind Slither" I silently said as I feel my body go light. This jutsu helps me to slightly fuse with wind making it easier to move around easily and agilely. The clones cope up with the same jutsu, doing the same. We all headed to Kakashi-sensei as we fight him with our own Myougonichi in a patterned pace. Kakashi-sensei started to have some cuts but go unnoticed. He was able to deflect our attacks even with the jutsu. He keeps trying to move us away from the bells as much as possible but with a little more try, we've got it all. I put a silencing seal on it and put it on my pouch. I was surprised to see Kakashi-sensei heading for the real me, as he rapidly sliced my clones.

'But how come? How did he knew it was me?'

I put Myougonichi at my front as it clash in his kunai. His strength was too much so I stumbled a bit. Even though I already have the bells, he'll not gonna let me go that easily. He rushed to me again as I made a clone made it some how mirror my chakra signature with giving it more Chakra than the usual. I made it hide it's presence for a while before I said so.

I continue to clash on Kakashi-sensei which only leads me to back up to a particular direction. When we reached it, I halt on my tracks and face him. I didn't sense him using any chakra, which means that he's still the person in front of me. His chakra signature is still the same. He stop three meters away from me. When he take another step, an explotion occurred around him. Me and the clone quickly change places as I hide my chakra signature and immediately run to the other three. I ask a clone to set up some explosive not far from where I waited for Kakashi-sensei just incase I need to way to escape.

Kakashi's Pov

Smoke surrounded me making it harder for me to sense her. When everything is clear out, I tried to sense her only to have her chakra going back at where she waited for me a while ago. I shushined and reached the place ahead of her as I masked my chakra. When she came, she look around trying to look if anyone is around. When she exhaled heavily, I use my jutsu on her.

"Earth Style : Earth Restraints" Earth surrounded her and grab both her hands and feet. Her katana was at her back so it's not already a problem of having her use it to cut off the land restraning her. This girl is really something. I grab a set of Chakra cuffs as I headed to her.

"Didn't expect that" she said. I lightly laugh at her and put the Chakra cuffs on her wrist. Suddenly, there was a poof and she's gone. If this is the matter, then it's a clone. Got trick by that girl. She use her clones as her teammates cause her real ones are trap out there. She got the lesson of the test though.

Kizuna's Pov

"Didn't expect that..." You'll be trick by a clone and a genin, Sensei.

They always said that having a back up plan is better than having none at all.

That's the fighting scene. Is it really a fighting scene if they all just clash their weapons together? Dunno. Like I said, I'm not good at it. The earth style technique is actually made up by me so don't go copy it for other authors. Bye-bye wingdings~
