NICK P.O.V.: after arriving in Denver, we headed to the hotel we would be staying in for the next few days. I took a bath and went to meet the rest of the team for dinner. I sat at the end of the table with Demi and Dave, each of them on my sides.
Nick: hi guys
Dave: hello brother (Demi and Marissa, who was next to her, laughed catching my attention)
Nick: what's so funny? (I asked smiling and they shook their heads)
Kelsey: Demi has a new boyfriend (she said from the seat next to Dave)
Demi: Kelsey! (she yelled at her friend and they both laughed)
Nick: do you have a new boyfriend? (I asked Demi raising my eyebrows and she smiled shaking her head)
Demi: no, Kelsey has no idea what she's talking about
Marissa: oh come on Demi...you know it's true
Demi: it isn't girls, we are just getting to know each other (she said looking at her food and I nodded looking at her)
Nick: maybe it's time for you to date someone again
Kelsey: see it? I told you
Demi: no, I'm not ready to do it...now...can we talk about something else?
Dave: of course my friend
They changed the subject but my head kept thinking about what they had said about Demi...was it possible that she had a new boyfriend?
We finished dinner and we all went together to the hallway where our rooms were.
Marissa: see you guys tomorrow
Everyone: until tomorrow (everyone entered their rooms and when I heard the doors closing, I turned around and knocked on the door in front of mine)
Demi: Nick, what's going on? Did you lose your card to enter your room?
Nick: no...I think we have to talk (she raised her eyebrows worried)
Demi: about what? (I entered her room and closed the door with my back taking her by the arms)
Nick: do you have another boyfriend?
Demi: you're asking if...I have another boyfriend? (she asked perplexed and I rolled my eyes)
Nick: yes, I asked that. Listen Demi, if you have a boyfriend, I don't want to be the one you're cheating on him with, I'm not that kind of person (she pushed me towards the door angrily)
Demi: do you think I'm that kind of person? I've never cheated on someone and neither will I
Nick: just wanted to be clear with you, I didn't mean to make you mad...I know how you are, I just wanted to make sure
Demi: did it bother you to know that there's someone else in my life? (she asked playfully and I laughed)
Nick: no, we are friends, in case you forgot...I only worried about being the horn of another man
Demi: oh, I would've sworn you were jealous just like the other night...do you remember how jealous you got when you saw that boy touching me and trying to kiss me? (she said to me while taking off my jacket)
Nick: I wasn't jealous
Demi: yes you were, I know you
Nick: no, little one (I said looking at her from head to toe)
Demi: little one?
Nick: yes, little one...I wasn't jealous. People get jealous when they feel that someone else is or can be better than them (I raised one of my eyebrows and whispered on their lips) so why would I be jealous? I already know that nobody can give you as much pleasure as I do
