DEMI P.O.V.: After Nick left my room, I smiled thinking that this had been my best birthday gift ever. I really needed it, and of course I didn't want to hurt Cherry in any way but Nick was the most irresistible man I've ever met. The way his lips left marks on my neck made me instantly wet. It was incredible. I've never felt such a strong attraction to someone before and I was a little afraid to admit it. Yet I knew that it was probably all about desire and lust.
When I got out of the shower, I took my phone and saw that Luke had sent me a birthday message, although in reality I wasn't even that interested. The next message I had was from another fighter in my gym, just like Luke. I had seen him a couple of times and he always seemed very sexy to me but we had never actually talked.
Unknown ~ hi. You don't know me but your coach is my friend and I found out that today is your birthday...happy birthday beautiful, I hope you have a nice day and that we can meet and speak in person soon.
Demi ~ hello, of course I know you. Thank you very much Guilherme, I also hope to meet you soon, you seem very nice.

As I saved his number among my contacts, I felt my heart race. It has been a long time ago since somebody spoke to me to try to achieve something with me. And it made me nervous, especially since he was really handsome.
A few hours later, we returned to the stadium to prepare to sing. We were all especially happy, though I did notice Nick a bit down while vocalizing.
Demi: what's going on?
Nick: Cherry, she still doesn't want to talk to me and I'm worried
Demi: Cherry...I should've guessed it (I said with a hint of sadness in my voice and he looked me in the eye)
Nick: I...you don't believe that what happened this afternoon means something to me (I laughed)
Demi: of course not, because it doesn't mean anything to me either...although it was a good gift
Nick: yes, it was (he said smiling and I sighed)
I hated having to be the friend he needed right now, but I simply couldn't leave him alone. I knew he was waiting for a tip, and although I would have preferred to give him another one, I did the right thing.
Demi: If you miss her, find her Nick...don't let it get cold for a silly fight...then you could regret it (I said and swallowed)
Nick: you think that's what I should do?
Demi: well, judging by how you look...I think so (he nodded) I umm, I should go now. I'll see you on stage I guess
Nick: of course, as always (I smiled weakly and left)
I didn't want him to want to have Cherry around. I didn't want him to be affected by her anger. I wanted him to only care about me.
NICK P.O.V.: The show in Portland was amazing and we were all celebrating Demi in her day. After the show, I walked to my dressing room and met Cherry in there.
Nick: hey, i thought you wouldn't want to see me
Cherry: I'm so sorry Nick. I really don't know what happened to me this morning, I guess I was just jealous that you paid so much attention to Demi
Nick: I only do it because it's her birthday and she's my best friend. I didn't think it was going to bother you, I'm sorry (she smiled and kissed me tenderly before hugging me)
Cherry: Nick...it's possible that I...I mean, I love you
What? Love me? We haven't even been dating more than two weeks. Impossible.
She separated from me and looked me in the eyes smiling.
Cherry: I mean it...I feel very strong things when I have you around...and I think it's love
Nick: I...I don't know what to say
Cherry: don't worry, you don't need to tell me anything love (she said before kissing me again)
John: Nick, we're going to the hotel (he said after knocking, from the other side of the door)
Nick: let's go?
Cherry: sure (she said taking my hand and we walked to the car that would drive us back to the hotel)
Demi was sitting behind us, talking to Kelsey and Jill about how great her birthday had been for her and I was happy to know that I d played a major role in her day.
Nick, enough is enough! Beside you is the woman who says she loves you and you only think of Demi? Stop it. Idiot.
Demi: today a handsome boy from the gym, spoke to me
Kelsey: really? Show us a photo
Demi: look
Jill: wow, he really is handsome
Kelsey: pretty sexy
Demi: he's fucking hot girls
Kelsey: but, weren't you dating Luke?
Demi: well it's not serious...you know
Jill: oh so are you going to go both ways? (They laughed)
Demi: maybe, until deciding on one, at least
Kelsey: well, judging by what I see between his legs...I would choose Bomba
Demi: I know, he looks very well endowed
Very well endowed? Is it possible that he can make her feel more pleasure than me?
Cherry: baby, wanna have dinner in my room tonight? I want to be alone with you
Nick: uh, yeah right...sure Cher
After arriving at the hotel, each of us went to our rooms and we all did whatever we wanted to. Of course I had to stay with Cherry because I said that I would have dinner with her. Everyone knows what happened after dinner and it was better than the last time, which made me feel better. Especially when Cherry put on my shirt and hugged me in bed.
Demi wouldn't hug you, would she? Cherry is better, she is the answer and there is nothing more to say.
Cherry: until tomorrow love, I love you
Nick: good night Cher...I love you too (I said while trying to convince myself that it was true when it clearly wasn't)
Time to get on with your life and bet on love Nicholas. Just do it.
