Reason of Every Why

After going back to where I stay,  I  was bothered if Donny was the guy who confronted my mom at the hospital. I am anxious. I felt like going back to Korea and ask my mom.

In the morning, as I enter our classroom,

"Classmates, did you watch TV last night?" one of classmate asked.

"Yes, and I saw Donny's mom," someone answered.

I was puzzled why Donny's mom is on TV.

"Is his mom a celebrity?" I asked myself.

"Donny's mom is really intelligent," another one said.

"Certainly, she answered all the questions wisely," someone said.

"Exactly," they agreed.

"But I wonder why Donny doesn't want to be an attorney just like his mom and dad," a classmate said.

"I too is wondering why he wants to be a cardiosurgeon if he's the only successor of Peterson Law Firm...and besides I don't think he will be allowed at the end to be a cardiosurgeon."

"I'm also curious,"someone said.

That time, I found out information about Donny that I was not yet able to know or to ask him.

I found out how they see his mom and dad as intelligent.

I waited for him to come to school that time but he was absent.

So I asked his friend who named Naval.

"I'm just curious, by chance, do you know where Donny is?"

"Oh, don't be marveled why he's absent today, he always do that everytime her mom was interviewed on TV."

"But why does he need to get absent?"

"I don't know, but that's Donny," Neight told me.

After talking to Neight, So Hyun approached me.

"Did you have a happy life after leaving Korea?"

"What are you saying?"

"Enjoy your stay here, Sharlene," she told me with stress on every word she uttered.

Then I saw So Hyun telling our classmates to go on shopping.

"Common classmates, let's go shopping...and after that I'll treat you to wherever you want to eat," she said then stared at me.

As I am walking, my mom called me so I sat on a bench.

"Ne, eomma."

"Gwaenchanayo?"

"Ne, no neun?"

"I'm okay too."

"Appa neun?"

"Appa is okay too."

"Eomma..."

"Bogoshippo."

"Eomma..."

"I might visit Philippines soon. I am going to your school."

"Anya eomma," I suddenly told mom wanting her not to come.

"Wae? Don't you miss eomma?"

"Bogoshipposoyo, eomma... but do you really have to come here?"

"Yes, and So Hyun's mom is coming too."

"Eonje?"

"I don't know the exact date yet. But for sure I will."
