"Do you want me to stay for dinner?"

Jade's eyes widened in shock when she heard Harry making the offer.

"Do you want to?" She shot back.

"I did help to cook," Harry smiled. Jade smiled back in return and they walked back to the kitchen together, where Harry announced food was ready. Jade checked on the rice and began plating when she realised the rice was cooked too. Harry sat on the dining chair while Jade went to unlock her special cabinet, a cheeky smile on her face.

"Any drinks?"

"Just plain water, I'm driving." Jade shrugged and nodded to the cabinet over her sink, to signal that he can find cups in there, as she poured herself a fine glass of wine.

"You should stop drinking before your liver gets bad," Harry teased.

"Don't you dare curse me," Jade chuckled as they began eating in silence.

Unlike the previous times, this time, the silence was a comfortable one as they enjoyed each other's presence while eating. Jade complimented Harry on his cooking. She had known Harry since 2010, but she had no idea he could cook. Now. He did try to cook for her once in the past but resulted in her getting food poisoning instead.

"Since when did you learn to cook?" Jade inquired.

"Since the time I accidentally poisoned you," Harry chewed.

Oh. Blood rushed to Jade's cheeks, which she blamed it on the alcohol.

But you barely drank it, her conscious argued.

"I have something to ask," Jade played with the food on her plate.

Harry eyed her consciously.

"When we met a month ago," Jade emphasized on 'met', "Were you still together with your girlfriend then?"

Harry should have known she would ask this. Wait.

"How do you know I have a girlfriend?"

"A little birdie told me," Jade shrugged, "Are not gonna answer me?"

"Yes."

"Oh." Jade sighed. "Does she know?"

"No." Jade buried her face in her hands and let out an exasperated sigh.

"She doesn't have to know," Harry reassured Jade. To Jade, it seems like he's trying to reassure himself instead.

"She needs to know Harry," the angel in Jade voiced out, "She deserves to know the bad deed I've done."

"She doesn't and she won't," Harry cut off.

"Can you at least tell me who's she?"

Harry contemplated with himself if he should mention his girlfriend's name. Telling Jade seems like a bad idea but he knows Jade will continue to feel guilty if he does nothing.

"I will tell her eventually."

"And it's Kendall."

Rehearsal

"One, two, three, repeat," Claude instructed Little Mix who had been busy rehearsing their dance routine for their summer tour.

The girls had been rehearsing for four hours straight since 8 am and Claude showed no signs of stopping, to their dismay. Furthermore, the One Direction boys were supposed to come 30 minutes ago but none had arrived. Leigh-Anne dramatically dropped to the floor.
