Yeji's POV
Chae and I entered the practice room.
Students were doing warm-ups while waiting for the mentor. I glanced around the room and noticed Lia. Her friends aren't here though, except for Shin Yuna who was at the back, grabbing something in her backpack.
"Why is Lia here? I thought she specializes in singing." Chaeryeong whispered.
"Oh yeah, that's because she needed to train her dancing. Her voice is kind of perfect, so she had to train in dancing. Her dance skills aren't that bad though." A voice behind us said.
We turned around and Yuna was smiling at us, and staring at Chaeryeong. She headed to Lia , not before she sent a flirty wink at Chaeryeong, which caused her to smack my back a few times because of her giddy emotion.
The mentor entered, and she said all of us in the room had to do freestyles. She said she's doing this so that she can choose the students that would be qualified to be in the school's official dance troop, our dance group that will officially represent the school.
We changed outfits into a much more comfortable one.
So we all did some freestyles, and Lia danced quite well. My turn was the last.
"Hwang.... Yeji?"The mentor said as she looked up to the students.
I raised my hand and stood up. The mentor had picked a random song. It was boyish.
I danced flawlessly to the music, and as my dance finished, everyone looked at me with shock and awe.
I heard whispers like,
"Damn, smokin' hot"
"She's a great dancer."
I glanced at Lia while she just had her eyes wide and open mouth staring at me while Yuna was trying to close her mouth.
I braced myself for the members.
"Okay, so I have decided." The mentor announced.
We all looked up to hear the members.
"The members are: Shin Yuna, Lee Chaeryeong, Shin Ryujin, Kang Seulgi, Hirai Momo, Park Jimin, Choi Jisu and Hwang Yeji. Change your outfits now. We'll do some dance techniques tomorrow. The official dance troop members, we'll have a meeting tomotrrow at 5 pm, in the practice room. Leave now." The mentor said.
I stood and changed into my school uniform. grabbed some books from the locker and was about to walk away when someone grabbed my wrist.
