Chapter- Thirty

Yeji's POV

I woke up. My head hurt.

I scanned the room I was in, seeing my friends sprawled out on the couch. I smiled, remembering Chaeryeong's birthday yesterday. 

We had a couple of drinks, so I prepared soup for them. I shuddered once I felt slender arms wrapping my waist.

"My head hurt..." a small voice trailed off.

I smiled cheekily and turned to my back, seeing my girlfriend leaning against my back and closing her eyes.

Lia opened one of her eyes. "What?"

"Nothing, you still looked so good in the mornings." I chuckled.

"I know right?" she dramatically swung her hair, which I kinda admit, it attracted me even when she was just being a crackhead.

I shook my head going back to reality. "Soup's served babe. Eat while I wake the others." I told Lia, as she nodded in reply, already scooping up the meal.

I went back to the living room. Seeing Yuna playing with her phone. She hadn't drank beer. Lucky.

Ryujin and Chaeyeon still cuddled to each other... and Chaeryeong was curled up into a ball on the floor, massaging her head. 

"Chae, what's wrong?" I asked.

"Hangover." She plainly replied.

I sighed. "God, I respect if it was your birthday so we told you to have fun. We didn't tell you to drink four whole bottles of beer." I facepalmed.

Chaeryeong stayed up in the same position, holding up a peace sign, and I sighed once more.

"Yuna stop playing and bring your wasted girlfriend to the kitchen. Soup's served. I cooked you pancakes since you hadn't drank and you hate soup. Wake the lovey-dovey couple up." I told Yuna and she playfully saluted at me. 

I sat down on the table and drank my soup. Lia was also drinking hers and we just smiled at each other.

Suddenly all at once she drank her soup, and smiled at me. 

She was still cute. 

I pinched her cheeks and she pat my head in reply.

"Oh God, stop I just had my birthday yesterday." I heard Chaeryeong's voice and saw her covering Yuna's eyes. I turned back to my girlfriend and laughed altogether.
