"No, no, no, no." I mumbled over and over. Bandit was barking loudly, circling around my heels.
I laid Aine down in the extra crib and gently picked up Caoimhe, cradling her still body to my chest.
I began sobbing. "Help, someone! Please, help!" I screamed, softly stroking her face.

"Okay, so the last place Sigyn visited is that restaurant, Little Bambino's. She has yet to make another move." Stark said, staring at the SHIELD report. "Any ideas where she might go next?"
Bruce, Tony, Thor, Fury, and Loki were all gathered in one of SHIELD's meeting rooms. The various reports on Sigyn laid scattered on the huge steel table in the center of the sparsely decorated room. While SHIELD might have amazing agents, they obviously lacked interior designers.
Thor shook his head, long blonde hair brushing against his thick shoulders. "I haven't a clue. She's also already torn up my sister's apartment, broke the windows in the bookstore she used to frequent, and the windows in her favorite cafe. I'm not sure else where she would go. Obviously, somewhere, if she's still on Earth. She hates it here, she wouldn't stay here unless there was a reason."
Loki's brow furrowed, lost as well. Where else did Jaxon go? Sigyn wants to hit home, cut deep. That was made obvious by burning down her workplace and other places she would go often. What did Jaxon love that Sigyn didn't already ruin? The only other things he could think of was Bandit and Anne, but they were on Asgard. Jaxon really loved her dog and cat, had adopted them both from a local animal shelter.
Loki straightened.
"You think of something?" Bruce asked looking at Loki from across the table.
He nodded, "Yea, the only other place would be the animal shelter."
"The animal shelter? Why the animal shelter?"
"She adopted two animals from there. Even volunteered"
"Alright," Fury said, standing up, "Well then, you better head off to warn them."

Bruce, Tony, Thor, and Loki arrived at the small animal shelter, loud barking echoing all around the property. They saw the cat house first. The cat house had a wall made out of chicken wire on the side facing them so the cats could lay out in the sun. It was also filled to the brim with cats. Cats of all sizes, ages, and color. Loki's eye caught on an all black cat, who stared back at him with it's one green eye. The other eye was missing, a shut eyelid the only evidence it ever existed.
"Hello. Can I help you?" The four men started, glancing at the approaching man. He was quite...large to say the least. Not tall, though. In fact, he was stocky. What made him large was his muscle-thick shoulders and chest, highlighted by the plaid grey shirt stretched across them.
"Yes. I am Tony, and these guys are Bruce, Thor, and Loki."
"Oh, you're that billionaire guy."
Tony rolled his eyes, pretending he didn't bask in the attention his wealth gave him. "You could say that."
"I'm Logan. The owner of Better Days." the other man introduced. He was wiping his hands on a bloody towel.
"Are you okay Logan?" Bruce asked, worried. He was ever the doctor.
