At the White Marsh Police Department, the police are notified of the possible sniper fire.
Police Officer: Police 2-3. Reported sniper fire near White Marsh mall at the Hampton Inn.
In Cross's police vehicle, he and his units are notified of the sniper fire at the Hampton Inn.
Police Officer: (through radio) All units in White Marsh County. We've got potential sniper fire coming from the Hampton Inn Hotel.
Cross speaks into his radio.
Cross: Copy that. 10-4. My unit and I are inbound.
Cross activates the police sirens and begins driving to Hampton Inn Hotel. Meanwhile, Dawson runs to the Target store and enters.
Leigh: What's going on out there?!
Dawson: There's a goddamn shooter in the area. Lock the whole damn place up. I'm going to go investigate.
Leigh: You need help?
Dawson: No, I got this. You stay here and watch the store. I'm gonna go on foot.
Leigh tosses Dawson her sniper rifle and some rounds.
Dawson: I'm gonna find that fucking asshole.
Dawson exits the Target store and runs to her car, before driving to the Hampton Inn Hotel. At the hotel, Nicole turns to Lori.
Nicole: Hey, Lori. You got a hairtie?
Lori: Girl, you lucky I keep spare hairties.
Lori reaches in her pocket and throws Nicole a hair tie, before Nicole ties her hair while talking to Seth.
Seth: Oh, you got tying your hair?
Nicole: Yeah...why?
Seth: Can you send me a sneak peek?
Nicole: Only cause you asked so nicely.
Nicole puckers her lips as she holds the phone and takes a selfie of her, before she sends it to Seth, who quickly receives it.
Seth: Oh, yeah. That's definitely Pornhub material there.
Nicole: Seth, if I ever find out you're putting my pictures on Pornhub, where sickos will do nothing, but jerk-off for hours, I will murder you.
Lori laughs as Nicole lays down on the bed.
Nicole: Just got a text from the bar; they're shutting down tomorrow. Those riots must be bad.
Seth: Well, that's good. Means we get a day to ourselves. Where's Lori?
Nicole: Your superstar is right here singing herself to sleep....and at least, about to....Why don't you at least try to make your way here? It's not a long drive.
Seth: You know I would, but...with those riots...it's too risky....plus, the streets are blocked off.
Nicole: Did you have any special plans tonight?
