Austria Hungary had propaganda against him, spreading rumors by Russian empire that he is gay and a weak leader for being gay. It really hurt his pride as this only makes him hate Russian empire even more, and vice versa for Russian empire knowing his enemy is a gay man who will never have an heir and a wife.
