Finally Saved: Crocodile X Reader (Part 1)

"Crocodile!" You laughed out in a cheery voice and a big bright smile as you waved at him.

"AHAHAH! Let me go! LEAVE ME ALONE!!" You yelled as some men who you recognized as Doflamingo's men grabbed you out of nowhere harshly and wouldn't release you.

"Our boss wants to see you." One of the men said as they dragged you along. But you kept resisting and screaming, finally making the men tape your mouth shut, which didn't stop you from screaming. But even by quieting you down a little, a spiral of sand suddenly appeared in front of them and from inside the sand, a form started to form. It was Crocodile. Your eyes widened and started to tear up as you tried to scream for help. Crocodile looked into your terrified face and then looked at the men around you. His face quickly turned to an angry one.

"Release her." He demanded but the men just backed up with you still in their arms.

"Let her go." He demanded again, a little fiercer this time, but they still resisted. Crocodile growled and glared at the men as he raised his hand making a sand tornado appear and the men's eyes widened in fear.

"Baby 5!" One of them yelled and then suddenly someone came flying over and the men threw you up into the air and a woman caught you and quickly started flying away.

"(Y/N)!" You heard Crocodile yell making you burst out crying in fear and sadness. He couldn't chase after you either because of the other men from before.

"I hope you got a good goodbye because this is the last time you're going to see him." She laughed with a smile.

-Timeskip-

Crocodile, who used to be one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, was beaten by a low life, unknown pirate named Monkey D. Luffy of the Straw Hat Pirates, and he was then sent to Impel Down. You couldn't help but feel like it was your fault. You feel like he was distracted and off his game because you had just got taken away and he was most likely angry and wasn't thinking straight and was most likely focused on trying to find you and rescue you. When you heard about the news, you ran into your room crying. Doflamingo ended up being the one who had arranged the kidnapping of you for some reason, he never told you why or explained it to you. Every since Doflamingo had kidnapped you though, he had been treating you like a queen and like you were really important, he even gave you your own room, but he wouldn't let you leave, and if you even mentioned it, or tried to or even mentioned anything about Crocodile or your past life, he got pissed. And normally after that, you either couldn't walk for a while, or been locked up somewhere, or you would be hurting all over or in certain spots on your body. You didn't know why or what was wrong with him, or why he even did all of this, but all you know is that you hated him. He took you from your peaceful and happy life from before. Away from Crocodile. Your entire life and everything you knew. But then, a couple years later, everything in your life got turned upside down again. The Straw Hats and Law arrived in Dressrosa and that didn't sit well with Doflamingo, he wanted to get a hold of Law for unknown reasons, most likely bad ones.

*knock knock* "(Y/N), the boss wants you in the throne room." Someone said from the other side of your room door, you had an idea of what its about, most likely about all the ruckus that was going on around the castle before. You wipe your tears as you get off your bed, you had no hope anymore, you had given up on everything, even Crocodile, Doflamingo has kept all news and events of and about the outside world from you, you had no clue what was going on, so you didn't even know if Crocodile was still alive or not. You open the door and the guy on the other side eyes widen and he sweat drops.

"Um.... Miss (Y/N)... Are you ok..?" He asks carefully and you confidently walk out of the door and nod.

"Yes, now bring me to Doffy." You said and the guy hesitates but nods and quickly escorts you to the throne room. He knocks on the door and Doffy calls you in from the other side. And when you open the door, you are shocked at the scene in front of you. Doffy is in the room with all the top executives of the family and a black haired male tied to one of the chairs and glaring at Doflamingo. Doflamingo smiles and walks over to you.

"Ah, (Y/N), you've finally arrived, this is LAw, the one I've told you about." Doffy said motioning to the male tied down, and when you look over at him, your guys eyes meet and your eyes fill with sadness and pity for him. But he quickly looks away from you and goes back to glaring at Doflamingo as he walks you farther in the room.

"Law came with the Straw Hats, the ones who defeated Crocodile and put him in Impel Down. And I know that you want revenge right?" He said with a smirk making your eyes widen along with Law's slightly as he took a quick glance towards you once again.

"Now is your chance to get that revenge my sweet (Y/N)." He said and you cringed at the name but you tried to hide it, Law noticing though.

"That is your mission, go and take care of Straw Hat Luffy." Doflamingo demanded and your eyes widened and you opened your mouth to say something but Law beat you to it.

"Doflamingo! Straw Hat has nothing to do with any of this." He said aggressively, making your eyes widen in shock. He's defending him so aggressively, have you had him wrong this whole time. Doflamingo laughed with a huge smile on his face.

"Fufufufufufu! He's made me mad for a different reason, he did something that has upset me, and this isn't exactly for me, it's for her." He said as he put a hand on your back, making you jerk forward and Doflamingo frowned down at you and you looked up at him before quickly looking down at the ground.

"I'm sorry Doffy.... It was a reflex ...." You said but that didn't change anything.

"Go." He demanded and you nodded, hesitating for a second, looking back at the beaten and abused Law, before quickly leaving the room. You left the castle, quickly soon after finding Luffy wandering around.

"Hey! Are you Straw Hat Luffy?!" You yelled at him, making him stop in his tracks and look back at your slightly angry face.

"Yea, that's me," He says casually and bluntly, taking you aback.

"Did you need something?" He asks innocently tilting his head cutely making you once again hesitate.

"I-I.... I wanted to take revenge for Crocy.... But I'm not sure if I want to or even can any more..." You whisper, tearing up once again. Luffy looks at you confused with a raised eyebrow.

"Are you ok?" He asked as he stepped forward and towards you.

"Why? Why did you attack Crocodile?" You asked him and his face turned to a confused one.

"Who??" He asked and you quickly looked up from the ground and at Luffy with wide eyes.

"Crocodile, he used to be one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, he had sand powers from a devil fruit, he was in Alabasta, you defeated him!!" You exclaimed and Luffy continued to look confused as he thought before his eyes widened and he snapped his fingers.

"Oh! You mean Crocy! Because he hurt one of my friends." Luffy said with an unhappy face.

"D-do.... Do you know anything about him ...." You hesitantly asked as you cautiously continued to look around you and Luffy's face went into almost like a strained smile.

"He's somewhere. I haven't seen him since 2 years ago when we escaped Impel Down." Luffy said and your eyes widened as you looked up at him in shock, surprise, and excitement.

"Wait, so are you telling me, Crocodile escaped Impel Down and is now somewhere around in the world?"
