Crazy Zombie Love: Kid X Reader

Day 3 out of 14 days of the two weeks of Halloween

It's only been a year into the zombie apocalypse and probably more then over half of the world's population is dead. You're lucky that you've survived as long as you have. You've had your fair share of close calls though. Which is the situation you found yourself in at the moment. You were running away from a giant horde of zombies, you had ammo and weapons, but not enough to kill the horde, so you thought the best option would be to just run away. As you were running though, you noticed a glimmer of light coming from a window of a building. You stared at it while you ran, and you noticed a person in the window as well, when suddenly you heard a gunshot and you quickly ducked and spun around, just barely avoiding a bullet that was headed straight for your head and went straight into the zombie that was way to close behind you for your liking. The zombie dropped down dead and you whipped your head towards the window where the bullet came from and glared.

"Their human!" Was all you heard from somewhere underneath the window the bullet came from.

"I don't care! They shouldn't get in my way! Move it if you don't want to die!" The voice from the window yelled at you before shooting off more shots and suddenly, someone with long blonde hair and a mask on stuck their head out from behind a car.

"Over here!" They yelled, and after ducking from bullets a few more times, you made it to the other guy and leaned against the car with him.

"Nice moves, names Killer and that's Kid up there." The masked guy named Killer said pointing up at the maniac in the window that's shooting.

"My names (Y/N), and your friend Kid about killed me multiple times." You said and he looks at you.

"Yea sorry about that. He's our crazy but powerful leader." Killer said when suddenly you both heard Kid cussing above you and the shooting stopped and you both looked up.

"Killer! Time to go!" Kid said looking down at Killer before his eyes widened.

"Killer! Watch out!" He exclaimed and you quickly jumped up and spun around Killer, quickly stabbing a zombie that was sneaking up behind you both in the side of the head.

"Let's hurry." You said quickly yanking the knife out of the zombies head as it collapsed to the ground and you and Killer started running away.

"Nice moves, where did you learn to do that?" Killer asked looking at you, but you just stared ahead.

"Over time..." You simply said and Killer stayed quiet for a few seconds before looking ahead again.

"Well thanks for that, I owe you." He said.

"Don't mention it."

You and Killer met up with Kid and all three of you arrived at a building and quickly ran into it, slamming the door shut, surprising the other people in the building. They all looked over and their faces lit up when they landed on the fierce and aggressive red headed Kid.

"Their back!" They exclaimed, all coming over to greet them.

"Kid! Killer!- Wait, who's that?" One of them asked when their eyes landed on you and Kid looked over at him and his eyes boiled with anger.

"Whys she here! What's she doing here!" He yelled and started to stomp towards you, but Killer quickly put a hand on his chest to stop him.

"Wait, Kid, did you see her moves out there earlier? She could be useful, she seems really powerful, she could be a really good aset and ally, lets let her stay, for now at least. Until she proves herself untrustworthy." Killer said and Kid looked from him to you with a glare, making you slightly flinch in confusion. Kid stares at you with his angry boiling eyes for a few seconds before spinning around.
