"Alright Y/n. Everything is in place. Remember what your mission is?" My commander asked me.

"Spy on Parker, gain his trust and the trust of the Avengers. Next instructions are to be given in time" I replied back.

"Very good. Now, what is the main thing you MUST avoid?"

"Always avoid attachment. Attachment forms weakness. Weaknesses lead to the death of E.P.I.C. (Enhanced Persons Including Combat)."

"I think we're ready..." He said with a smirk on his face.

We entered the old run-down Chevy. I was ready. I had been training for a mission like this every since E.P.I.C. took me in.

*Flashback*

I sat there listening to the online radio SHIELD had. Of course, it was harder than just turning the nob. I had to hack into SHIELD with my old regular computer. My brother Lincoln, my guardian, was apparently in a plane with something lethal. I came a little late to get all the details.

"Saving the world and the girl I love at the same time? Sounds pretty right to me!"

I fell to the ground and felt my heart drop. I began to sob and couldn't help but turn the radio off. I couldn't hear the rest of it. It was too heartbreaking. I was alone now.

*End of Flashback*

I began remembering all the good times we had. He even took me to the Afterlife (If you don't know what this is, it's basically a place where Inhumans can gain their powers. It's also where Daisy Johnson was trained) where I acquired my powers. Lincoln says that every inhuman's life is here for a reason. Yet I haven't found mine yet.

My powers are connected to the infinity stones. So basically I have 6 different powers. I have an insane amount of strength and power (Power stone- purple). I can teleport anytime anywhere (Space stone- blue). I can alter and manipulate time as well as life and death, but that comes with a cost (Time stone- green). I can transform matter (Reality stone- red). I can even manipulate the minds of others (Mind stone- yellow). There's one other stone that has power, but I have never used it. The soul stone? I think it is what they called it. They told me it had a gold-orange color, but I was warned to never use it. But I'm sure I'll find out eventually.

The rest of the ride was silent. We eventually got to the apartment I would be staying in. It was old, but I wasn't too picky. My commander said nothing, so I took my bags and headed in. I walked over to the landlord and he gave me my key and room number.

I began unpacking my belongings and making my way to the room I'd be sleeping in. Once I finished, I decided to go and get some food. I opened the door, and there stood my target. Peter Parker.

"O-oh! Umm... I was just going to welcome you into the apartment!" Peter stuttered.

"Aww! How sweet! Well, I was just going to go get some food, but I don't exactly know my way around yet... Would you maybe want to show me around?"

"Uhhh, sure! Let me just call my Aunt. Where are your parents?" He said picking up his phone.

"Oh, I'll explain after you're done with your call."

"O- Hey May! Hey, so I was just going to go show our new neighbor around the city! You know, what places are best or whatever."

His aunt began talking, but I couldn't make any of it out.

"Alright, well see'ya tonight. Bye!" He hung up the phone and looked over at me. "So! Want to see the restaurants first?"

"Of course! Whatever works best! Oh! And I never got your name..."

"Oh! I'm Peter! And you are?"

"I'm Y/n. Nice to meet you. What school do you go to?"

"Midtown High. Are you enrolling late, or... what's your deal?"

"No way! I'm enrolling in Midtown!"

"Actually? Well, you're always welcome to hang out with my friends!"

"Thank you, Peter."

We continued to walk, and Peter told me all about Queens and the best places to go to, as well as the alleys to stay away from. From my perspective, everything was going as planned. I was gaining his trust! And in time, he would share with me the secret I already know. We finally made it to one of his favorite restaurants. It was Chinese food which reminded me deeply of Lincoln. He loved Chinese food. I tried to put that behind me and focus on my mission at hand.

"So! How do you like the food?"

"This food is SOOOO good! I can't believe I've never heard of this place!"

We had a few more laughs and more conversation, then realized it was getting late. I took a look at my phone and realized it was already 9:30. I remembered Peter saying Queens can get dangerous after 9. "Umm, Peter!"

"Yeah what's up?"

"It's uhh... It's already 9:30."

"Oh my god! We should probably get out of here."

We started walking really fast towards the apartments. We passed a few sketchy people so I scooted closer to Peter grabbing his arm. We finally made it back to the apartments with no trouble. "I'm sorry if you're parents get mad at you for being out late. Just tell them it was my bad."

"Oh! I don't think it will be a problem! But thank you so much! For the tour, and for making me feel safe!"

"O-of course!"

"Bye Peter." I walked into my room and looked straight at my phone. On the way back, I heard it buzz, but I didn't want to look at it on the walk.

Commander: You will be attending Midtown High, starting tomorrow. From there on, continue getting closer to Peter.

Y/n: Yes sir.

I put my headphones in and listened to music as I got my outfit ready for the first day of school. I finally decided to go with a pair of black leggings, Birkenstocks, and a Michigan crewneck with a few other accessories.
