A week went by... Everything went back to normal, but everyone knew... this wasn't normal. Peter went back to school, Clint went back home to his family, I went with Steve to the Avengers building. Everyone parted ways. I visited Peter every day after school. I shared my letters with him, but it was finally time for Tony's funeral...

No one was truly ready for this...

At his funeral, we watched a pre-made hologram video. In the video, he said, "Everybody wants a happy ending. But it doesn't always end that way. Maybe this time. I'm hoping if you play this back, it's in celebration. I hope families are reunited, I hope we... get it back! Something like a normal version of the planet has been restored. If there ever was such a thing. So I thought I better record a little video. In the case of an untimely death. On my part! Not that death is every untimely! This time travel thing we'll be trying tomorrow. I'm scratching my head about it. I mean... part of the journey is the end! Everything is going to work out exactly the way it's supposed to... I love you 3000..." And with that... he was gone...

At the ceremony, they put his arc reactor on a floating flower bed.

Everyone was there. It was heartbreaking... to see the man I tried to save give his life for everyone...

Once the ceremony was over, I walked over to Rocket.

"Hey... did you actually mean what you said back there? About me being like a sister to you?" I asked pointing to the bandage on my stomach.

"Of course Y/n! I could see you were in pain. I just didn't want you giving up on something so important as life! And I can't wait to make more with my family!" He said with a smile growing across his face.

"O- Haha!" I looked behind me to see Peter giving me a hug from behind. I rested my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes.

"You two lovebirds!" Rocket said jokingly.

Peter and I laughed and headed to his and May's car.

"Bye Rocket!"

"Bye Rainbow girl!"

I stopped in my tracks and turned around.

"At least I'm not a rabbit looking build-a-bear!" I said with a laugh.

"You said you wouldn't mention that!"

"That was before you called me Rainbow girl! And believe me! I have more nicknames for you to come!"

"What is going on? Rabbit? Build-a-bear? Rainbow girl?" Peter asked us.

"Long story! I'll tell you tomorrow after school! Bye, Peter!"

"Bye, Y/n!" Giving me a kiss on the cheek. He and May got in the car and drove off.

I walked back over to Bruce, Steve, Bucky, and Sam. We went over to a private part of the lake and set everything up. Steve was about to put all the stones back at the time we took them.

"And remember. You have to put all of them back at the time we took them. Take as long as you need, but it will only take us about 3 seconds."

"Don't worry Bruce. I won't let anything else happen."

"You know I tried. When I had the gauntlet and the stones... I really tried bringing her back. I miss her man..."

"We all do..." I chimed in.

"You know, if you want, I could come with you!" Sam reminded him.

"Yeah, why can't I go with?"

"You both are very good people. But this one is on me. And Y/n! If you are exposed to these stones for any longer! They will for sure get attached to you!"
