We had a good run
We messed around and had some good fun
Guess it turns out I lost a good one...🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤
(Edit: so I'm rereading this chapter and omg just lmao this sucks so bad 🤣. why are so many people reading this? go read my other chapters, pretty sure they're better [hopefully]. I was gonna delete this chapter, but I guess we all start from somewhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)Beck Oliver stepped into the hallways of Hollywood Arts, already hating his life. He had just gone through a breakup with his now ex Jade, he was nowhere near ready to face her again, least of all during school. Most of their classes were together, and Beck was already cringing thinking of the tension there would be. He needed to apologise to her, or there would be no end to this misery.
"Yo, Beck! My man! How was your holidays? A cheerful voice cut through his dark and depressing thoughts.
"Ok, not bad, how about yours?"
"Mine were fine, but look dude, I'm so sorry about Jade. If you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm your man." Andre said, slapping Beck heartily on the shoulder.
"So, have you seen Jade around yet?" Beck quickly asked.
"Um, yeah, I saw her go into Sikowitz's room 5 minutes ago." Andre replied confidently.
With that Beck strode on to the room that Andre had just mentioned. He knew that Jade wouldn't want to see him again, but how he was feeling was best described as a magnet. As you tried to push one away, the other one would just be attracted again. If you flipped the sides however, the magnets would constantly be forced away. So why did it surprise him to see Cat standing outside the room, almost like she was guarding it?
"Hey Cat! Do you mind standing aside for a moment?" Beck gently asked.
"Umm...yes...I mean, no! Jade's in there! She wants to be left alone! And she doesn't want to see you!"
"I know Cat, I just need to see her once, make sure she's moved on, I won't bother her again."
"No! You can't! Jade's... Jade's...Jade's busy in there!" Cat hastily shouted.
Beck wasn't sure what to say. Cat was obviously lying, but what for? Whatever Jade was doing in there couldn't possibly be that bad!
"Where's Tori then? I haven't seen her in ages!"
"Umm... Tori's with Jade. Oh dammit, I just said that. I meant Tori's...I totally don't know where Tori is. Bathroom maybe?"
"Cat, I know you're lying. Just let me in!"
He made a move for the door handle.
"No!" Cat shouted desperately, jumping in front of the door once again. "It's... it's...it's umm. Girl troubles!" She triumphantly proclaimed.
"Whatever." Beck scoffed. Jade had trusted him with her girl problems before. He could handle this. Before Cat could do anything to stop him, he swept open the door and stepped inside.
Nothing, nothing, could prepare him for the sight he saw.
"How long has this been going on for?" He incredulously asked.
"Umm...about half a year." Jade sheepishly admitted.
"So...when she started at the school. We were still dating then!" Beck couldn't believe it.
Tori freaking Vega, and Jade?
His whole life had been a lie.
So there it goes. My first victorious oneshot. If you liked it, feel free to vote, and if you have any requests, you're more than welcome to comment it down below. Have a good and safe night's sleep!
