It's been almost one month of me living here. I'm actully suprised I've lasted this long without getting myself kicked out, but Finneas, Maggie and Patrick are starting to grow on me.

I've been spending a lot of time with Zoe and the gang and Josh. I still haven't figured out what their problem is with eachother, but it's not like I really care either.

I arrive at school with sweatpants and a hoodie and my hair in a messy bun. I've been over school since the 3rd grade so I never cared to impress anyone.

I see Brandon in the hallway and smile as he approaches me.

"Wassup, Que." I said cheerfully. I was in a relatively good mood today.

"Not much. I got here early and been waiting for someone I talked to show up. Do you know where anyone is?"

"Probably going to class."  I shrugged.

"Really? 10 minutes before class starts?"

"Well, how the fuck am I supposed to know?" I asked.

"Relax, mamas." he chuckled as I rolled my eyes.

We walked to the cafeteria and sat at an empty table. We started talking along with all the voices filling the room.

"So, tell me about that girl you was talking about the other day." I said.

"Oh, she trippin trippin. We ain't even dating like that and already tryna check my phone."

"Oh nahhhh. You still talking to her?"

"Nah that bitch is crazy." we started laughing as everyone started heading to their classes.

"Brandon, you got your car?" I said as we started standing up.

"Maybe. Why?" he asked suspiciously.

"Let's go."

"Billie, first period is about to start." he explained.

"And?"

" We're not skipping a whole school day."

"Alright, then give me your keys." I said holding my hand out waiting for him to put the keys in my hand.

"Yeah...no." he rejected.

"I can always walk around by myself. Been doing it since I was little." I say starting to leave. He grabbed my arm as I attempted to pass him.

"Fine, I'll drive." he rolled his eyes as I cheesed at him.

We snuck out of the school unnoticed as class began. I got in the passenger seat when he started the ignition to leave off campus.

"Where are we going?" he said glancing at me while I was on my phone.

"I don't care." I shrugged.

"So I can take you wherever I want, right." he said with a questionable smirk.

"Um, didn't I just say that?"

"Okay, I don't wanna hear any complaints." he said pulling up to his house.

"Bruh." I said rolling my eyes as he parked the car.

I follow Brandon to his room and flop on his bed.

"So, why did you want to skip school?"

"I dunno." I shrugged taking the weed out of my bag.

"Aht aht aht, I don't have windows in my room and I don't need my mom wondering why my room smells like weed." he said taking my baggie.
