Bio: Neptune is one of Sun's friends, and a member of Team SSSN. He's what many would call "A Ladies Man" and a total flirt, first seen when he flirts with Weiss.
Unknown to them all but his own team, he has an intense fear of water. Ironic, given that his partner Pokémon is a Water type: the Water Gun Pokémon, Clauncher. Somehow, he isn't scared of it. This is either because he didn't know about it being a Water type before or they really have a close bond (Personally, I vote for the latter).
