Bio: Giovanni Sakaki is a sinister man and the former leader of Team Rocket after it's disbandment, but still carries intent to rule the world. Before, he was the Gym Leader of the Veridion City and is a master Ground-Type user. However, he has been known to use other types of Pokémon, such as Machamp, Cloyster, and Kingler.
Giovanni served as the Head of Team Rocket, never really shown taking action in field work, but rather sends the grunts and other members for that.
Giovanni is also knowledgeable on different criminal organizations from other regions. A prime example would be that he and his organization once confronted Ghetsis and his organization Team Plasma and discovers the existence of Team Flare led by Lysandre after his lackies informed him about Team Flare and their criminal operations.
Giovanni eventually comes up with what he dubbed, "The Ultimate Plan." With the help of his own advanced technology, he discovered alternate dimensions through Ultra Wormholes, and encounters other villainous team leaders whom he has summoned from alternate worlds where they had succeeded in their goals via Ultra Wormholes. Each of these leaders wielded a Legendary Pokémon they managed to catch while fulfilling their plans. He dubbed this team, "Team Rainbow Rocket."
With his team, he took over the Aether Foundation in Alola, in order to access their research data and technology on other worlds, with the intention of building themselves an army of Ultra Beasts. However, he changed his mind once he was defeated by an unknown trainer that was revealed to be the Champion of Alola. He never gave up his evil plan for interdimensional domination and stumbled upon the World of Remnant. Now, he plans to work alongside Cinder and her associates in order to reach his goal.
