1 month later

Time just flew by this past month. I spent some time with my mom, dad and Rosely before they left and I just kept on getting bigger. I still can't believe that I will give birth any day now, and I can't wait for my body back because I look and feel like a whale. Haha I know, funny right.(Note the sarcasm) Ryder's been a good help, whenever I want anything he goes and gets it no matter what time it is or if we have it or not. Im laying in an uncomfortable hospital bed as per Ryder's request, well he didnt request for it to be uncomfortable it just is. He is laying on the bed with me and we are watching a movie called "The sun is also a star", I don't even know whats happening because I haven't been paying attention. Do I feel bad for making Ryder watch this movie by himself even though he wanted to watch an action movie, No. He's making me sleep in a stupid hospital bed instead of our bed, which by the way is 10 times more comfortable.
"Wait what?" His voice snaps me out of my thoughts
"Mmh" I am trying to hear what he is saying but I'm beginning to feel tired.
"Why are you making me watch this movie by myself, I thought you wanted to watch the movie?" Everything around me is becoming a blur
"I did but then I just got caught up in my thou-" everything went black. I could still hear everything going on around me but I couldn't see anything. There was this feeling telling me to rest, I know its weird but thats what it felt like. So I did exactly that, I rested.

After i woke up Ryder told me what happened, because he "forgot" to mention it in the beginning of the pregnancy. I went into labour but it wasn't actually me, it was my wolf. Since im a werewolf I give birth to pups, so my wolf has to take over to make sure I give birth to pups not a human baby. I was extremely suprised to hear that I gave birth to twins, which is very rare in the werewolf community. A boy who we named Brian and a girl who we named Alexis. Thanks to my werewolf healing I am allowed to go home already but Ryder said that he wants me to rest a bit more before I go home, which I am completely okay with because I feel drained for some reason. I was about to fall asleep again when we heard a knock on the door.
"Come in" Ryder uses his Alpha tone again. The nurse opens the door and walks in with a box in her hand.
"Alpha, Luna this package came for you but its addressed to the Luna." She says with her head bowed slightly. She hands the package to Ryder, nods and walks out of the room. I look at Ryder only to see that he is already giving me a confused look, so to answer him i just shrug my shoulders. He opens the box and I almost screamed at what was in the box. It was my friend,from my old school, Micheal's head with a letter on top of it. Ryder opened the letter and read it out loud.
"They should have been my children."
