Shoto_
Shoto sat across from Midoriya at a local soba shop, two meals in front of them. They'd been engaging in friendly conversation for a little now.
"So, What happened with Yaoyorozu last night? You're wearing walk of shame clothes."Shoto ate another mouthful of soba before answering.
"She ended it with me"
Midoriya's eyes widened.
"No"
"Yes"
"Why?"
Shoto shrugged.
"She's looking for something more- professional"
"Well, looks like she's found it,"
"What?"Izuku pointed to across the street from they were sitting, to a cafe bustling with people.
And there, elegant as ever, sat momo, across from an equally elegant looking man. His hair was a rich brown, and slicked back from his face. His clothes were high class casual, and Shoto sunk into his seat.
He shifted his eyes to the ceiling above him.
"Must be the guy."
He said, and took another mouthful. Across from him, Izuku leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms.
"What?"
Shoto said, fighting the urge to walk across the street.
"From the look on your face, I'd say you weren't too happy about this little 'arrangement' ending"
"Don't be ridiculous. It was strictly physical"
"Oh really?"
"Yes. And that's the end of it"
"But-"
"I mean it, Midoriya. Drop it."Izuku held his hands up in defeat and dug into his food. Shoto took into consideration the idea of looking for a partner. Like his parents- and Momo- suggested.
"Isn't there some kind of party happening soon?"
Shoto shot back to attention at Izuku's question.
"Party? What do you mean?"
"I got an invite yesterday, it's supposed to be some kind of celebration. Though I'm not sure what for. Are you going?"
Shoto thought back to when he'd gotten the invite, a thick piece of paper with pretty swirls of ink. He wasn't sure if he'd go, and he most likely only got the invitation because he was now the new owner of his fathers agency.
He was the Number 3 hero, after all. He'd be expected to go.
"I'm not sure. Maybe"
"Come on, you have to. I'll have no one to talk to if you flake on it"
Shoto felt his eye twitch, but nodded nonetheless.
"Alright. I'll go. But don't expect me to make polite conversation with anyone"Momo_
Momo didn't find this man particularly...interesting. But her parents did so, she stuck it out through the date as best she could.From what he told her, he was the son of a major ceo in the city, who her parents happened to know quite well.
'I've known his father since college. He's a wonderful man, and his son is just as excellent. You'll like him'
Her father had said, and her mother had agreed. He was classically handsome, evenly built, and of a good height. She could see what her parents meant when they'd said he had 'good breeding'.
"So, my father told me you're a local hero. Is this true?"Momo looked up at him over the rim of her coffee. Tried her best to remember his name.
Yuki? No...something starting with Yu. Yukaaaaa? No. That's not it. Yuta- Yu....Yuuto! That's it!
She thought, and smiled at him.
"Well, Yuuto, is it true you just moved from China? I hear the business there is quite competitive."
He smirked and stirred his drink.
"Dodging my question beautiful?"
She let out a noise of amusement and set her cup down on the table gently.
"I attended U.A, and graduated with quite an amount of success. But I'm now what you would call...perhaps a part-time hero. I'm called when I'm needed, otherwise I'm not directly in the line of fire."He hummed and shifted in his seat.
"Quite a prestigious school. Do you know any of our top heroes today?"
She smiled to herself as the vision of red and white hair popped into her head.
"I'm...quite close with some of them"
"Well, if we have the chance, I'd love for you to introduce me to some of them. I quite admire the work heroes do"
Momo nodded, and they stared at each other for a while.
Well, he was formal, and collected, and didn't seem like her usual type. At all. Even as she kept up the conversation with Yuuto, she thought of Shoto. Towards the end of the date, she felt the guilt eating away at her chest for doing so.
It's wrong to compare,
She thought.
But I can't help it.
"So, Yaoyorozu, will you be attending the celebration next week?"
"Of course. I'm there in my parents stead"
"Well, I'd be extremely happy if you would be my date for the event. Walking in with such a lovely lady on my arm would boost my ego through the ceiling"She laughed with him and stood from the table, offering him her hand. When he stood in front of her he kissed her knuckles softly.
"I know I'm not funny, but thank you for laughing anyway."
Momo withdrew her hand.
"Of course. I'd never let a shameless flirt go down in flames like that"
He chuckled and smiled, showing straight white teeth. In that moment alone she couldn't help but find him quite attractive.
She said goodbye and turned to leave, but he darted in quicker than she could see and planted a kiss on her cheek.
With a playful shove she giggled at him.
"That was so fast- how did you do that?"
"Ah- that wold be my quirk. Speed."
"Well, it's impressive, but goodbye for real this time, Yuuto"
"Until tomorrow, beautiful"As she walked away and down the street, she couldn't help but feel flattered.
~~~~~~~~~
For the next week, Momo and Yuuto saw each other everyday. Sometimes in formal, sometimes just as themselves.
Yuuto had admitted that he was reluctant to meet her, the daughter of a man who lived a very comfortable life. He'd said he expected her to be snotty and stuck up.
She'd lightly shoved him for it, and claimed that if he truly believed that he could go to this party by himself.He'd apologised, many times. And explained that she was an incredible dream compared to what he envisioned. They'd bonded over the week that they spent together, surprisingly well.
However, Momo pointedly ignored Shoto's calls over that week.
He's only calling for one reason.
She'd tell herself, over and over.
It's going well with Yuuto. I can't let Shoto drag me into his world of late nights in sheets again.Mina_
Mina didn't get to see how badly the conversation had gone between Ochako and Katsuki. But she wished she had.
She woke up in bed, tucked in snuggly, and she guessed it to be late at night when she opened her eyes.Eijiro wasn't next to her, and she furrowed her brows. He was usually always sleeping soundly with her.
But her silent questions were answered when he came striding through the door, his hair messy and un-gelled around his head.
He saw that she was awake and smiled.
"Reiji's back to sleep, finally. Hopefully for good this time"She hummed and stared up at him as he stretched out his arms. He had on only a pair of briefs.
"What happened?"
She asked, and he grinned like a wolf.
"You fainted right before the good part. The argument they had was one to remember. It ended up on the news"
Mina gaped.
"No way"
"Yes way. There was something like 'recently believed separated heroes spotted on the street' and let me tell you, the argument was like nothing I've ever seen."
"Oh?"
He sat down in bed, wriggling under the covers.
"Yeah. I've seen Katsuki mad but- never like that. And I've never seen Ochako put up such a fight. It was incredible, the yelling went on for ages"
"Are they okay?"
"Oh yeah, of course. Well- they went home together so, I assume so."Mina chuckled and leaned up to kiss him, he was surprised for a few seconds, but quickly returned it.
"Reiji is only a few months old, but already I can't remember we had time for us"
She whispered, and went to lay back down. Eijiro quickly shifted to be on top of her, his forearms resting on either side of her head.
"You're right."
He said, and leaned down. When he kissed her, it was hungry and hot and full. She immediately fell to his control, his victim.
His hand slipped down her body and gripped her thigh, hoisting it up around his hip.
She was panting already. Holding onto him tightly as he leant down to her neck and began his work. Small, quieted sounds escaped her as he nipped and licked, and she tugged at his hair.
Her hands slid down his back, over the strong muscles and powerful form, then traveled to his chest and abdomen.His body began moving against her. Driving into her in slow and deliberate patterns, making her press her head into the pillow. He had just claimed her mouth again, his tongue massaging hers and exploring in ways that made her blush, and she had just let her hands travel below the band of his underwear, when a loud and high pitched crying sounded.
It pulled them both from their bubble of paradise, and they both groaned.
Eijiro hid his face in her neck while she sighed.
"It's my turn. I'll go."
She said.
With a defeated sound he rolled off of her to let her get up. And when she had padded down the hallway to sooth their crying son, Eijiro silently pouted to himself.
When will I get my Mina back?
He wondered, and let sleep claim him for the night.
