Uraraka pulled and pulled at the locked doorknob, and let her forehead fall against the door when nothing worked. Bakugou snickered from beside her.
"It's not going to work, fucking idiot"

She stepped back, frustrated.
"You try it then!"
He smirked.
"Gladly"
When he wrapped his hand around the knob she realised the mistake she had made, and the metal was suddenly wrapped by a small explosion. It then melted to the floor. Uraraka glared at a smirking bakugou.
"What? Now it's open"
"You damaged school property"
"And?"
She gave up with a sigh and walked into the classroom. As soon as they walked in the door slammed shut behind them. Bakugou shoved her behind him and backed her against the wall, creating a wall of flesh with himself. He pressed his arms to the wall, trapping her. A mocking, low laugh floated into the speakers. It was dark and unrecognisable.
"So, the children have split up? Typical"
He pressed her harder into the wall.
"Shame, it seems the younglings have figured out our devilish plan"

Uraraka touched bakugou's shoulder.
"Bak-"
"Be quiet, ochako"
She frowned but did as he said. The voice coming from the speakers was cracking and sick-sounding.
"If you're hearing this, at least one of you is on the top floor. You will be tested on whether or not you may leave. You have minimal resources at your disposal, and you will be unable to leave for the next Seventy Two hours. You will be hungry, you will be weak."
"What kind of sick-"
"You will be the next heroes. I am here to see whether or not you deserve that title. In many cases, you can be a hostage. Let's see how well you survive, hero"
Bakugou began to shiver lightly against her.
"A little reminder, young ones. If you don't sleep for Seventy Two hours, you become clinically insane. Such a shame that you don't know what is on the floor with you. Or if you're being hunted..."
the voice clicked out, and bakugou backed away from her. He looked distressed, scared, almost. She approached him carefully.
"Bakugou? Are you alright?"

He shook himself out of it and blinked a few times. He suddenly looked very tired.
"Yeah I'm...I'm fine."
She frowned.
"We should go, it doesn't seem safe in here"
He nodded but didn't move. He was lost in thought, she guessed. So she grabbed his wrist and led him out of the room. She thought he might pull away, but he didn't. She marked that down as a small piece of blackmail for later.
Once they'd walked for a few minutes he was back to his normal self, much to Uraraka's dismay. Blabbering on about how this 'piece o'shit villain' had no right to do any of this. She'd tried reminding him that this was what villains do, only to be glared at for several seconds.
"What was that back there?"

She asked after a while. He shoved his hands into his pockets and walked with his head down.
"What was what?"
"You shoved me against the wall and wouldn't let me go"
A slight flush of colour decorated his cheeks for a few moments, but quickly disappeared.
"Well, you're so fucking weak that I thought you needed to be protected"
She smiled and raised an eyebrow.
"And that's it? That's the big reason?"
He looked at her through lowered brows.
"Yes. That's it."
She looked at the ceiling and thought of a very bad idea that would most definitely get her killed. But, there's only so much to do when you're stuck with one person for the next seventy two hours. Still...a very bad, very dangerous, very stupid idea. She suddenly stopped walking, causing him to stop as well.
"What is it?"
He asked, and she looked at the wall behind him.
"What's that?"

She said dumbly, and he looked at her suspiciously before going to the wall to check out whatever it was she 'saw'. He narrowed his brows at the bleak nothingness of the wall and turned around to her again.
Before she could talk herself out of it she pressed herself against him, forcing him back against the wall. He looked dumbstruck for a moment, but quickly snapped himself out of it.
"Ura-"
Without warning she kissed him, sliding her hands from his neck to his torso. Slowly, deliberately, she inched her fingers under his shirt and trailed them up the skin of his stomach to his chest.
He went limp against the wall and couldn't stop his hands from roaming to her hair and her hips. He was thrown back to a year ago, when this was what they were. When this was all they were when they were alone.
He tore himself from her lips and kissed her exposed neck, her jaw, breathing her in. Her hair fisted in his hands he pulled her tighter against him, and suddenly it didn't matter that they were under attack from a mystery villain. None of that was real when he was with her.

Quicker than lightning she dropped herself backward, panting, her hair messy and her lips swollen. He was confused for a second, staring like an idiot.
"That's payback"
She panted.
"The fuck! For what?!"
He yelled. And she only smiled.
"You're not the only one who can play dirty, katsuki"
He narrowed his eyes in a glare, barely noticing his shirt was still pushed up.
"You're saying your teasing me was payback for ending it?"
She giggled.
"Not entirely. I wanted to see if my suspicions were correct"
He gritted his teeth.
"Which were?"
She straightened and smiled. Pressed a finger to his chest.
"You still have a heart curled up in your chest that misses me"
His gritted teeth turned into a crooked smile, and she swallowed, her smile fading.
"What?"
She asked. And he pulled away the collar of his shirt. Small red lines marked his shoulders, and she blushed.
"I'm not the only one in need of a rebound, it seems. Might want to rethink your strategy Ochako"

She puffed out her cheeks and turned to walk away.
"Yeah well, no one but me is willing to put up with you, Katsuki"
"Is that an invitation I hear?"
She turned to him and balled her fists.
"No! It's an insult!"
"Mm. No it's not. You can't even fuckin' control yourself around me"
"You're one to talk! I kiss you once and you completely come undone!"
He stood up straight and lightly rubbed the sore marks on his shoulder.
"Yeah, well, we can't help what or why we want what we want. It doesn't help that you know everything about me now. But I guess I can blackmail you"
She huffed.
"Then just throw me out the window and bury me while you're at it, katsuki"
He began straightening his shirt.
"Nah"
"Well why not?"
He looked at her through lowered brows with a seriousness that was intense.
"Because my mother would bury me beside you"

She smiled with no small amount of pride and began skipping down the hall.
"Hey!"
He yelled, and chased after her.
