Chapter 11

Back with steven

Everyone cheered loudly, Garnet and Spinel began dancing crazely. Steven whispered to Greg "This has gotta bring Pearl's memories back. It's all about quitting a crummy service job." Sadie's band beginan to play the tune to 'Disobedient'. Sadie spoke to the crowd "Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you for gracing me, with your presence!" She then sang

"Good afternoon, sir!
What can I do, sir?
Just say the word, sir,
Anything for you, sir!
Your friends all say, sir,
'You don't deserve her!'
I disagree, sir,
I live to serve, sir!"

Sadie pointed at Pearl, who was obediently standing still and facing Greg. Greg tried to engage Pearl towards the performance, but she continued staring at him, to Greg's dismay. Sadie continued singing and Amethyst joined in.

"I think about all the wasted time I spent,
I wanna be, disobedient!
I shoot awake wondering where my summers went,
I wanna be
disobedient,
Disobedient, disobedient!

Garnet and Spinel danced together ecstatically to the music. Steven looked over to Pearl, who continued to stare at a disappointed Greg.

"I've been good, sir,
So very, very good for what?
And I've given you
Every single thing I got
It's feeling strange, man,
This whole arrangement
Is gonna end with me"

Totally deranged!
I think about all the wasted time I spent,
I wanna be
Disobedient!
I shoot awake wondering where my summers went,
I wanna be

Disobedient, disobedient!"

Steven grows increasingly more worried as Greg tries again to engage her, to no avail. Amethyst then beckons Steven over. "Steven" she yells "One sec!" He replies as he slides over to her

"I-It's not enough" is says worried. "Maybe we need to hit her where it hurts" Amethyst speaks "What?!" He yells, half knowing what Amethyst is talking about "You know, her original boss? The love of her life? The reason she rebelled in the first place!" She continues as Steven speaks "Mom. She's gotta remember Mom. But-"

He pauses and looks over to Greg, who shrugs "If that's what it takes..." he gives his permission for them to continue with their plan. Steven gives Amethyst the nod and she takes the microphone. Everyone watches in surprise as Amethyst shapeshifts into Rose Quartz and starts to sing.

"I wanna be
Disobedient!
I wanna be
Disobedient,
Disobedient, disobedient,
Disobedient..."

Amethyst hops down from the stage and attempts to look at Pearl in her eyes, but she continues to fix her focus on Greg. Amethyst looks in disappointment, and the audience cheers as the song comes to an end.

"How could that not work? What are we missing?" Steven asks as Greg begins to clap for the band, but stops in discomfort, after which Pearl speaks "Don't worry! I can clap for you!" As she starts to clap quickly.

Greg then yells exasperated "AH! What will make you stop serving me?!" "As long as you exist, I will serve you!" She replies, still staring at him.

Amethyst shapeshifts back to normal, and she and Steven turn to look at each other. Steven and Amethyst then have a combined realization "As long as you exist." The two yell in unison.

I watched as the pink poison slowly crept across the green field, killing all organic life it touches. "She really wants him gone...i guess we do have some things in common...no Diamond and a hope to kill that boy.

I turned around and smiled as i looked at the dozens of gems, lined up in formation, their hands up to their chests in the shape of a diamond, they weren't many, but they were enough. I took a deep breath and exhaled then spoke one word "go" as they heard this, they all seperated and went into different directions in groups of three.

None of them doing so with their own free will, a few tricks and tips the diamonds had taught me, not that they thought i would ever use them.

I turned back to the injector, starting at it once more "good riddance to this awful planet and its awful beings...good riddance to everything this planet has achieved.

I jumped as i was startled "your grace" i turned to see one of the gems i sent out "what?" "We have located Steven Universe, the others are almost in position" "good, you go too, and dont scare me like that again!" The gem started walking off "tell me where he is first!" I yelled back at them.

After i was told where to find them, i made my way there, ready for what was to come.

Anyway. I kinda think the writing style for this book sucks, like a lot.

Granted i did copy the script as is for the movie and paste it here, changes some stuff and added (y/n) scenes in.

Most of the book does not include you, i also realizes that

But it seems like some of you like this book so i think im gonna complete it as i had it and not edit because i feel like this was a progress of how i used to write and how i do now, back then i copied this script, now i would actually write as i watch the movie
