Y/n L/n. Twenty-two years old, jobless, and financed by their father living two hours away. He really does love them, but because of their condition, he's nearing ready to cut them off his money. He told them they need to find a job soon, and so they began their search. Oh, by the way.
They are you.
"Ugh, it's so hard to find decent jobs around here." You lean against a nearby wall, when a poster catches your eye.
- HELP WANTED -
Position Needed: Night guard
Shift Hours: 12am - 6amPlease come to Fazbear's Fright: Horror Attraction with this poster to discuss job requirements.
You had heard stories of the infamous food chain as a kid. Many murders, disappearances, and lawsuits. You knew people would be foolish to apply for a job affiliated with the Fazbear company. Luckily, you were beyond foolish.
A big smile finds it's way onto your face. You rip the poster off the store window and run home as fast as your legs could carry you. You wanted to look presentable when you went to claim your new job.
~time skip~
"The most important question. Why do you think you're qualified for the job?" The manager interrogates you, his head resting on his hands while staring intently at you. You felt sweat beading on your forehead.
"W-well, s-sir," you pause to calm yourself. I can't act like this if I expect to get this job. You take a deep breath and started over.
"I believe I could be of great use around your attraction. I could even help clean during my shift if you wanted," your sudden boost of confidence runs out as he bursts with laughter.
"Oh, that's cute," he begins to stand, his fit growing calm. "Anyways, I guess you're suitable for the job. It's not like anyone else would work here..." He mumbles that last part, but you manage to hear it in the still room. "I'll need you to sign a contract, though. It basically states that we're not responsible for any injuries, misplaced or stolen property, death, etc." He hands you the contract, your hands a little shaky.
"Did you say.. death??" Your (e/c) eyes staring into his, hoping, praying he didn't. He laughs again.
"Don't worry, it's there just incase it could happen," he puts a hand on your shoulder. "We wouldn't let anything like that happen to our employees." His eyes and voice seemed sincere, yet a part of you felt like this was something not so happy.
"Work starts tonight, at 12. Your uniform will be on your desk, and there'll be an introduction tape there too. It'll explain everything." He keeps his hand on your shoulder as you both walk out of the room. "I'd be here around 11:45, giving you time to change and settle in."
You reach the outside of the office, and you swore his grip on your shoulder tightened for just a fraction of a second. Though, maybe you're just anxious. He gives you a pat on the back and a warm smile.
"If you need me, here's my number. Don't call unless it's a real emergency." You nod your head. "Alright, have a nice first night. Also, I'd recommend packing a drink and maybe snacks, just incase."
"Thank you so much for this job sir! I greatly appreciate it!"
"Please, call me Mike."
"Okay. I won't let you down Mike!" You start running down the street towards your house. You needed to call your dad to tell him about your job.
"Sigh.. I really hope you don't, kid."
