The video doesn't quite pertain to the story much, but this song kind of reminds me of this chapter, and the video's just super cute. Please enjoy :) (IDK HOW TO TYPE THE JUMPSCARE SO I TRIED MY BEST)

You were looking through the cameras when your eyes stopped on something. There was a f-face on camera 10??! You put the tablet down when-

   SCREEEAAAAAHHH!!

A creature similar to the face you saw on the screen lunges at you. You scream and throw your arms up protectively. You feel like you're losing oxygen, like you're suffocating. You heard beeping and looked up to see red flashing lights. You quickly checked the maintenance panel to find there's been a ventilation error. You began the process of restoring the ventilation, when you heard a child-like giggle.

"Did I scare you? You look like you're having trouble," it taunted. You looked up, still hyperventilating, to find that thing that just attacked you, laughing its ass off.

   "Watch your breath~"

Eyes widened, you lunged for your backpack, quickly grabbing it and using it, then turning to the thing. Now that you looked closer, it looked like a kid. A very round kid.

You blinked, and then it was gone. You knew you weren't just seeing things, were you? Now that you think about it, that phone guy had said something about hallucinations if the  ventilation went wack. Maybe that's what that was. Hopefully... You checked the time once more.

4:42am, Tuesday. Ugh. It felt like forever since you came in. That guy did talk for a long time though, so it wasn't that bad.

You reached into your backpack and pulled out a water bottle, taking a swig. You gotta stay hydrated while you suffer! You looked back at the cameras and continue to check each one, studying it. You came upon camera 10 again, finding the face there again. You quickly switch cameras, and thankfully nothing happens.

You sighed in relief, but found a pair of white eyes staring at you through an arcade machine. You dropped the camera as another creature flew at you with the same horrific screech from before. Lights once again flashing red and the beeping playing loudly, you grab your inhaler first. Afterwards, you reboot the ventilation system.

"You should've seen the look on your face! Ahaha, priceless!! Haha!" You recognized this voice. The memory was vague but there was no doubt in your mind.

"Chica?? I-is that you?!" As a child, you played with the animatronics at Fazbear's Pizza, though they shut down when you were about five. You had adored the robot friends, especially Foxy. Though he was slightly intimidating, you found comfort next to him.

Your favorite memory at the restaurant was when you had found a scratch on Foxy's fur. You begged your mother for a bandaid, and when you got one, you placed it right over the scratch. You swore you saw him look straight at you, as if to say 'Thank you.' Your mother would say "He doesn't know how to say thank you, so he told you with his eyes."

You snapped back to reality to catch Chica staring at you in disbelief. You began to tear up at the sight of her. She looked to have been burned, her feathers charred. Her once bright pink eyes now black pools with white pupils. She honestly kind of reminded you of a watermelon..

"I'm so sorry Chica..." and when you blinked, she too disappeared.

You checked the time yet again.

5:56am, Tuesday. You decided you'd had enough for the night, and with that you put the tablet back onto its stand where you had found it.

You checked the maintenance panel again to make sure everything was as it should before you went. Everything seemed to be in order. You heard the clock chime as 6am rolled around, feeling an invisible weight lift off of your chest. You gathered your belongings, putting them into the (f/c) backpack.

You texted Mike to let him know you were going home. He responded almost immediately.

Boss Dude:  thanks. keep the suit and key

   Boss Dude:  everything work fine?

You:  Yep, I made sure the systems were all working good before I left.

You weren't technically lying. Everything was working fine when you left. You were scared he would fire you if you told him about the hallucinations, so you didn't.

   Boss Dude:  good

You made it to your house, plopping onto the couch once inside. You were so tired from the long night. You chose to watch a movie.

Digging through your fridge, you found some exotic butters your friend had given you. He said they brought back "bad memories"? You didn't care, they made popcorn taste 1000x better.

You cut off a small piece of the butter and put it in a pan with popcorn kernals, setting its respective lid on top. You stood waiting for the popping to slow.

You sat on the couch with empty popcorn bowl in hand, your favorite movie playing on the screen.

You could feel yourself becoming too tired to stay awake, so you turned off the movie and headed upstairs to your room. You stripped yourself of your suit and put on a very oversized t-shirt. Jumping into your bed and snuggling into your pillow, you were out like a light.

~time skip~

   11:54pm.

Okay Y/n, you made it last night, what's so different? Just keep an eye on the ventilation. You stepped inside, the air inside once again piercing your skin. You arrived to the office, got comfortable, then played the new tape lying on the desk.

"Hey man! Okay, I have some awesome news for you! First of all, we found some vintage audio traning cassettes. Dude, these are like, prehistoric! I think they were like, training tapes, for like other employees or something like that. So, I thought we could like, have them playing, like over the speakers while people walk through the attraction? Dude, that makes this feel, LEGIT man. But I have an even better suprise for you, and you're not gonna belive this!"

"We found one. A real one."

"Uh, oh uhm, gotta go man! W-well look i-it's in there somewhere, I-I'm sure you'll see it. Okay, I'll leave you with some of this great audio I found. Talk to you later man!" *click*

What did he mean by a "real" one? Maybe an animatronic? you pondered. You shrugged it off. Oh well.

Hi, just wanted to let you guys know I'm really excited about this book, even if not many are still reading Springtrap x readers, or much any Fnaf fanfiction. I'm mainly making this for myself, but I wanted people to read what I came up with and the stuff I like to read.
