The rest of the day was boring (unless you count Neville, a Gryffindor, exploding his whole cauldron and getting drenched with his disastrous potion).
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco, and Lydia were all sitting in a corner in the library leaning on each other's shoulders.
"The first day here and we already have tons of homework." Grumbled Ron. "I know..." Yawned Lydia, who was resting her head on Ron's shoulder. "This is ridiculous... I fell asleep in History of Magic, how am I supposed to be able to write a five paragraph essay about Duncan the Dumb?"
Lydia turned to Draco. "Were you paying attention- Oh my god, really?" Draco had fallen asleep on Hermione's shoulder.
Harry reached over Hermione (he was on her other side) and prodded him.
"Huh?" He bolted up and yawned. "Sorry... This is exhausting."
"Well, I was paying attention, Lydia." Hermione piped up. She handed her many pages of notes and Lydia shared it with Ron as they skimmed it over.
"Need it, Draco?" She turned to him again and sighed.
"He's asleep... Again." Said Harry, chuckling. "Don't wake him up. He might break your arm, or something." Grinned Ron. Lydia giggled and she felt Ron lean his head on top of hers.
"I'll do it for him, I know his handwriting." Lydia said as she started to make her own essay (she would write his afterwards).
Hermione started to open her mouth to object, then stopped herself (but continued frowning).
"Am I the only one who's hungry?" Asked Harry checking his (broken) watch. The rest nodded. Hermione glanced down to see Draco's watch. "Five minutes till dinner. We can finish this tonight." They all nodded and Ron helped Lydia up.
She nudged Draco with her foot and he woke with a start. "Up you get, Draco. It's dinner."
He rubbed his eyes and yawned again. "Good, I'm starving." Draco stood up and they made their way to the dining hall yet again.
Sorry, this was kind of a short filler chapter.
