**Morgan's POV**

It has been 2 months since you first moved in, and you had all figured out each other's daily routines.  However you had started to notice over the past month Joanne was getting tired easier and easier.  You tried to balance having Kyle not notice what was happening and keeping Adam's spirits up.  Joanne had you taking over more and more of the daily responsibilities that needed to be done with Arts in the Armed Forces and you had started to do all of the cooking.  You didn't mind at all, it gave you a purpose but you hated to see the whole family suffer.  Thankfully Adam's agent had been able to keep his schedule free as we approached what we know was going to happen.  With staying in Brooklyn your parents came over 1-2 days a week which helped to keep Kyle busy, they had really started to look at him like a grandson whether they wanted to admit it or not.  Christmas had been fun with helping them decorate the apartment and seeing Kyle's excitement that Santa had left footprints!  With the 3 of you there it had been easier to come up with ways to move the elf around the house.  Adam & Joanne had already paid off all your debt which was weird.

You had just finished making paninis for everyone, Adam & Kyle sat at the table, Joanne had yet again not been feeling well so you had gone downstairs to give her lunch. When you walked into the bedroom though you almost dropped the food when you saw her.  Dropping it quickly on the little table, "Joanne, are you ok?" she was laying doubled over and you heard her groaning.  You sat on the bed holding one of her hands.  "I I I think we need to call the doctor."  Ever since the pains had been getting worse & she had been getting tired you had taken the doctor's phone in your phone to have it on speed dial.  "Hello Dr Harmon this is Joanne Tucker's personal assistant calling because she isn't doing great, and we needed to know whether we should try to get her to come in, go to the hospital or what.  I have you on speakerphone, Joanne is right next to me."  "Joanne I hate to say it but you need to come to the hospital, and I will meet you there.  Don't be afraid to call an ambulance if you need to."  He answers as you and Joanne look at one another.  "Thank you Doctor we will be on our way shortly." you reply as you run and get a wash cloth and some clothes for Joanne.  Helping her get cleaned while she is still in bed as you work silently together, her groaning a little as she moves.  Finally she starts to get dressed and you call Adam.  "Adam, I hate to say it but Joanne needs to go to the hospital now, I've already helped her get cleaned up do you want to go with Joanne and I stay with Kyle?" you ask him.  "No we are going together, I'll be right down, if you don't mind driving your car."  "Of course, I'll go grab my keys and I'll meet you by the door."

You run to your bedroom, throw on some sneakers, your wristlet & keys, as you walk out you see Kyle, "Hey buddy we are gunna race ok?  Last one to the elevator is a rotten egg!" Doing what you can so that he doesn't worry about what is happening.  Opening the door as you see Adam carrying Joanne bridal style out the bedroom.  Holding open the door as you lock it.  "Kyle you won again!"  He hi-5's you just as the elevator gets there as you all step in and head downstairs.  Getting out of the elevator you hold open the doors as Kyle holds your hand as you walk fast to your car which is just down the block.  You put the address for the hospital into your gps, as soon as you get into the car you open the back door and they all slide in as you get in the driver's seat and turn on the car.  As soon as you hear the car door close you start driving, you have about 20 minutes until you get there, hoping you don't hit any red lights.  Every groan makes you want to push the gas pedal faster knowing you can't.  As you pull up to the hospital, they have valet parking, you grab all the things as you call the doctor and get the ticket as Adam walks in with Joanne in his arms.  "Dr Harmon we just got to the hospital, where do you want us to go since you know Adam will not put Joanne down until she is in a bed."  "I know how protective he is, please come up to floor 3, I've already warned the staff as to what is gong on and they will direct you to the room." He replies back, "Thank you so much doctor."  you answer as you hang up the phone. "Ok guys we are going to the 3rd floor, let's go they are waiting for us." You say as they follow you to the elevator as you all impatiently wait for to come.  Finally you get on the elevator, get to the 3rd floor and things really go in slow motion from this point.  The nurse walks you to the room, you help Joanne change into the hospital gown, and get under the blanket while Adam paces the floor.  Opening the curtain you sit in the chair and have Kyle sit with you knowing Adam will pace no matter what you say. Shortly after the Doctor comes in, with a nurse and they do an ultrasound and see the baby is in distress, and Joanne is fighting to stay awake.  You are doing your best to not cry, as the Doctor looks at you all knowing what is happening.  "I'll give you a few minutes, then we will have to bring you down Joanne."  He says as you nod softly.  "Kyle why don't you tell Mommy how much you love her, she is going to stay with Grandma in the clouds soon."  You say as you try not to choke it out, as you had all practiced this moment over the past 2 months, but it still didn't make it any easier.  Looking at Adam he was barely keeping himself together which broke you even more. "Mommy I love you so much, and I will miss seeing you but I know you will be with Grandma and she always here in my heart."  He says as he hugs and kisses her, you help him get off the bed.  "Joanne, there is nothing I can ever say that will be enough.  You are the most amazing person I have ever met.  You will forever be with all of us in your hearts and looking over us."  You kiss her softly and hug her as you walk out with Kyle to let Adam have a private moment with Joanne.  Walking into the waiting room area, you started to send out texts to everyone that you had on your list, Noah, Greta, Oscar, Jemima, Keri, Lena, Daniel, Matt & of course your parents.  Those were all the people who were local and they spent the most time with while at home.
