**Adam's POV**

'Ugh what is that noise, why are my eyes so heavy, why can't I move?'

'FUCK the car crash! Come on open eyes open!'

Slowly your eyes start to flutter open and you are blasted by bright white lights, looking around you see nothing but flowers around the room.  You look down and you see that your left arm is in a cast, and so is left leg.   Turning your head you see Oscar sitting in a chair, when he notices you moving he gets up, "Holy shit man you gave us a scare, fuck I'm happy to see you awake.  The nurse just left the room a little while ago to say you would be waiting soon."

"Where am I?  Where's Morgan?" Please please please if there is a God, please let Morgan be ok.  I can't live without her. Oscar holds your hand, "You're at the hospital close to Pinewood, Morgan is alive but her injuries were worse than yours.  So she is still in ICU." With tears in your eyes you look up at Oscar, she's alive she has to live. "Can I see her?" He looks in your eyes and squeezes your hand, "Let me check for you big guy.  Maybe you can use some of those Jedi mind tricks you've learned on the nurses."  He teases you before heading out the room.

As soon as he leaves you pull yourself up to sit up better in bed as best as possible with just one hand as you groan in pain & frustration.  How long have you been here?  How badly is Morgan hurt? Did anyone call her parents?  How did this happen? I mean you can see your arm and leg, but now from moving it looks like there is bandages around your chest too.  Just as your about to try to look under your hospital gown a nurse and doctor come in.  The doctor smiles as they approach, "Hello Mr Driver, it's nice to meet you although I wish it was under better circumstances.  Let me go over your injuries first."  He holds up a hand to stop you before you can even say anything.  "You have a dislocated shoulder, a broken tibia, and some bruised ribs.  Overall you will make a quick recovery since you are in such good shape.  Now I know you were asking about the patient Morgan you came in with.  Her injuries were more threatening than your own, with severe whiplash, 4 broken ribs, both her Humeruses broken and some mild internal bleeding which we have been able to fix.  I do have to say she is quite the fighter and so is the baby."  Feeling a little bit better hearing she is overall ok but then look at him in disbelief, did he just say baby?  "Oscar was saying you were asking about going to visit Morgan, we would be able to allow you to do that but you need to rest yourself as well to get better. We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible since I can see from the look on your face that you will be trying to fight to be by her side." He stops for a second as he is thinking.  Looking into his eye, "Please Sir I can't stand to hear that she is in pain and I'm in a different room than her.  I was actually planning on proposing before the end of the year.  Has anyone gotten in touch with her parents to let them know too? How long has it been since the crash? How long until I can be by her side?"

The doctor sighs heavily as he nods. "I see your intensity is just as much in person as it is on the screen.  We will work with move her to the biggest room that we have along with your things so that you can both stay in the same room while you recover.  Given your public profile it's probably in our best interests anyway to not have to worry about more areas.  Well it's bad luck to say anything outside of good luck for the possible engagement.  As far as her parents, yes they were contacted and from what we are aware they were arriving today.  The car crash was about 48 hours ago.  I will work with the ICU staff to get you both transported to the room as quickly as we are able to. I do ask you to please rest, your girlfriend is being taken care of in the meantime."  He pats you softly on your cast giving you understanding eyes as you can't help but take a deep breathe and nod to.  Pissed off that you can't really do anything to try to fix the situation while you wait and nothing annoys you more than not being able to do anything.
