Yen's POV

I never really expected my trip to end up like this. It's fucking insane. How am I getting involve with their lives too much? It's not like we've known each other in a whole different level, I don't even work here. I'm just here to visit Nancy and here I am now waxing Courtney's crotch.

"I'm sorry, Courtney." I said as she shrieked in pain. The game was more fun witnessing everything in real life, let alone being a part of it. Wow I'm still shocked. The game ended and Damien won, with a clean sweep. He's a very intellectual lad, which I have admired of him in the long run. Shayne came in second with 2 points, while Courtney lost with no points.

I went to the kitchen grabbing myself a bottle of water. Searching for the beverage inside the fridge, I felt a presence followed me here. I looked past the door to see a smiling Damien. "Hey Damien, what's up?" I asked, closing the door as I got my bottle. He seemed so nervous.

"Well, Yen. I was kinda wondering if you would like to grab some dinner later?" He asked. My heart started beating out of my chest as sweat trickles down my back. I never would've dreamt that Mr. Damien Haas would come up to me and ask me out on a date. "Think of it as an apology for everything that happened last night." He added as he started scratching his nape.

I gave him a very relaxed smile and answered him, "Of course." His smile widens as his eyes twinkles. I can't help but notice how much of a very charming boy he really is. I can look at him all day and won't get tired of it. "So, would you like me to pick you up later at 6?" He asked, I gave him a nod and walked back to the set to say my farewells for now. I checked my phone and it's 3 pm. I am exhausted, with all the sight-seeing and hanging out with the crew.

I went back to the office and saw Nancy. "Nans, I'm going home early." I said. "Aw, you sure you can't stay for a little longer?" she asked. "Nah, sorry. I'm gonna rest up for a little while, I'm going out later." I whispered instinctively looking at Damien sitting beside Ian inside another room. Nancy caught my glance and immediately squealed.

"YOU HAVE A DATE?" She excitedly whispered. "WITH DAMIEN? GIRL YOU HAVE POWER" She said, making fun of me as we both laugh. "Power? What?" I asked, slightly confused. "We've tried setting him up, multiple times with gorgeous women who we thought he'd like but it failed. All it took was you to make his heart skip a beat again. I salute you, Yen." She said making us both laugh.

"I'm gonna go ahead." I said, getting my bag. "You want me to drive you back? or maybe have Damien drive you?" she teased. I looked at her about to refuse when Shayne came by and caught Nancy's attention. "I can drive her." he mentioned as he drank La Croix. My cheeks tinted pink from embarassment. He must've heard the whole thing. Oh no.  "Oh well, that would be nice of you, but I can just get an Uber or something." I tried coming up with an excuse. "I insist." Shayne said very persistent. This man will not take a NO for an answer, so instead of fighting him, I just gave in.

We walked to where the elevator was and waited for it to reach the level. "So... Yen, Damien huh?" He said, wiggling his eyebrows. I playfully rolled my eyes and chuckled. "Yeah, he's a nice dude." He kept wiggling his eyebrows. "Stop it it's just dinner, it's not like we're dating or anything" I said. He looked at me. "What?" I laughed nervously. "Nothing, you okay?" he said, teasing. "I don't know, I'm nervous." I said. The elevator dings and opened its doors for us to enter.

"Hey, Damien's probably more nervous. It's been a while since he dated anyone. I can assure you that he likes you so there's nothing to worry about." I exhaled. "I'm just nervous, It's been 3 years since I've been with anyone." I opened up. Shayne pressed P2 while I pressed G. He looked at me, wondering what I'm doing. "I'm getting my ID from the concierge." I explained. He nodded.

"I'll see you up front?" He asked as the door opened to a parking lot. "Sure thing, man." I said before he went off to get his car. The metal door closed again and I feel the elevator descend to the ground floor. The door opened and I went straight to the front desk to surrender my pass so I could get my ID.

I got out of the building and as if on cue, I saw Shayne's car coming out from the lot. He honked his horn at me as I waved my hand. The car stopped in front of me and I saw Shayne driving. "Get in loser." He said. Rolling my eyes yet again, I sat beside him. He started driving off.

"Are you ready?" he asked. "I don't know, dude. I don't know what Damien has under his sleeve. Regardless of what we do tonight, it'll surely be a night I will always remember." I said casually to his best friend. "Can I ask you something?" He started. "Shoot." I said.

His hands focused on the wheel as we drive along the busy streets of LA. "Well, I'm just curious. Do you like him before you met him? Like before the airport stuff?" he asked. "Well, if I'm being honest, I've always thought he was so cute. I've always looked up to him because he's just very admirable but since the day I met him, it's like I met another side of him that made me genuinely liked him." I started, looking at the view of myself at the side mirror.

"Not just because he's well-known, hell I don't even care about that at all, but ever since I saw this very vulnerable side of him that I am weirdly attracted to, my feelings for him grew deeper. As funny as it sounds, I would love to see how this relationship would progress." I said. I looked at him as he nodded, keeping his eyes on the road.

"I was actually planning of meeting yall at the tour but Nans rearranged stuff. I don't even know what's happening. Everything just seems to move so quickly and to be honest I can't keep up, because I'm still trying to sink in a ton of stuff. Seeing you guys at the airport really was a fucking surprise like wow, the moment I saw you two my soul left the body." I said causing Shayne to laugh.

"Well, to be frank we've been setting him up with a ton of people but he kept flaking out on us which I understand because we have been too pushy. When Nancy mentioned about you, I thought what if we met you ahead of time, and since you're Nancy's friend he can't just decline, so I took the opportunity, and it lead to the best decision I have ever made because I haven't seen him happy and excited in a while, and that's all you, Yen!" he said.

"Wow, that's really something huh?" I said getting even nervous. I gave Damien an impact? "Yeah, you did and it's a good thing." I looked at him, surprised. "Wha- Ho- Did I?" I stuttered. "You did said that out loud." Shayne said, chuckling at the embarassment which is I.

I sunk in my seat and exhaled very loudly. "I'm sorry, that was embarassing." I said, giving myself a face palm. "I've seen and heard worse, don't worry about it." he said calming me down. I gave a half smile and looked at the road. We're close to the house. I looked at my phone, 3:56 PM. I have 2 hours to get ready. What am I gonna do?
