Your P.O.V

"What?!"

"Your Majesty?", 'Fritjof' turned his head towards the direction of the low sound.

I gasped, immediately pulling Elsa closer to me and covering her mouth with my hand. "Shh, shh, we can't let him hear us!", I whispered. Elsa nodded and searched for my hand, to take it into hers, as she panicked more and more, every second that passed.

I wasn't in a better state, though.

The lump in my throat was making it hard to swallow and my heavy breathing made it even harder. My vision was becoming blurry and I was sure I'd pass out at any moment, when I felt cold but gentle fingers interlocking with mine. I looked at Elsa's direction and only then I realized my other hand was still covering her mouth. I moved it away quickly and she immediately took it in hers. She knew how... lost I was at this moment, and she was trying her best to calm me down. And, fortunately, it worked.

'Fritjof', or better say, Hemming, waited for a moment, sighed and walked away when no one answered and the Queen didn't appear. Elsa and I held our breaths until he was completely out of sight.

"What do you mean that's your uncle?!", Elsa exclaimed, completely freaking out. "I thought he had-"

"Disappeared? Well, apparently, that doesn't mean he died!", I said, freaking out as well. My head was spinning and my breath was stopped midway on my throat; how was he here? Why was he here?

"(Y/N)?" Elsa approached me from behind, and placed her hand on my shoulder. "Look at me." I turned around to face her and she immediately pulled me into a hug. "It's all gonna be okay", she said, her gaze meeting mine, "I'm here and I'm not leaving you alone. And that's a promise".

"Well, you'll have to, in a while.", I answered after lots of thought. She was about to protest but I cut her off. "I need your help, okay? This man cannot be around anyone, it's not safe. He plays his act well, but his true intentions are well hidden underneath his nice facade. I know it doesn't feel like it, but I know. Trust me."

"I trust you", she said truthfully, making it impossible not to smile, "but what are we gonna do now?"

"He has to be sent away from here", I said determined to do whatever it took to achieve what I had just said.

Elsa, on the other hand, looked puzzled. "But, how are we gonna do that?"

"You need to tell your sister. Like, everything."

"What??", Elsa said wide-eyed. "(Y/N), I can't do that."

"I'm afraid you have to", I sighed, cursing myself for putting her in such drama, "It's our only choice".

"No, please", she said, grabbing my hand, "There's no way Anna is gonna believe all of this. She doesn't seem to remember you. And, If I tell her you're here, she's gonna send you to the dungeons and, eventually,... your death", she trailed off, her voice weak and... scared.

"Hey hey, it's gonna be fine", I said softly, gently squeezing her hand, "I know you don't like this idea, but I can't risk it; I don't want this man any near you. And your sister." Elsa kept looking at me, her brows furrowed. "Both of you were like family to me back then. Anna may not remember it, but I do, we  do. And Elsa, after so long, I've finally found you again. I can't lose you", my voice cracked at the last part; it couldn't carry everything I was feeling.

Elsa pulled me into a hug again, which I gladly returned. "I can't lose you either, (Y/N)."

"And you won't", I whispered softly to her ear before letting go, "I promise you, you won't."
