Chapter 14

Josie PoV:
They were gone for some time now, so I went to check what's going on. When I got there, there were only Lizzie and Hope. I glared at them and walked in "what did you do to Jade.". I could tell they were scared that I was there and after. a few seconds Hope answered "we told her the truth. But we still didn't get to the part where you killed someone..".

I could tell she wasn't playing with me, she was probably the one person that would never stop trying to get me to break, but I knew better "it was your fault she died Hope. You could have stopped it.". Hope looked at me pissed and as she was about to put a spell on me, I moved "you missed Hope.".

I smirked at her, but then I remembered what I came here to do "speaking of Jade, you'll tell her nothing. I swear to everything I have, that if you do..", then Hope again decided to be stupid and interrupted me "what? We will tell her and I don't care what your stupid plan is .".

Then I looked at Lizzie and smirked "so you feel the same thing, sister?". She looked at me and straight up slapped me "that's what I think, you monster!". I glared at her and I swear, I wanted to tear her lungs out "Don't you dare do that again, because if you do you'll suffer the consequences.".

Then I looked at them again and walked out, not wanting to talk to them anymore. What mattered at that moment was to get Jade back on my side. That's what I thought when I was walking towards her dorm, but then something happened.

A vampire jumped on me and tried to stop me or maybe even kill me. I just relaxed and started desiccating him. I almost did it when suddenly I was thrown against the wall. I looked to see who did it and wanted to punish them, but I saw nobody that wasn't scared. I swear, that person will pay, I promise you that.

Hope PoV:
After Josie left I looked at Lizzie "what were you thinking? You made her even more mad now. What are we going to do?". She looked at her feet "I really don't know. But we have to stop her. And we have to tell Jade everything we know, Josie could actually hurt her.".

I agreed and we both walked out of the kitchen and into the hallway. I heard someone was getting attacked and my first instinct was that Josie was trying to send a message again. But the thing was that wasn't the thing at all, someone attacked Josie.

I saw Josie laying on the floor looking as mad as ever. She quickly stood up and walked to, I assumed her dorm. I just wanted to know. who the hell did that to Josie?

Jade PoV:
I was in my room trying to understand what's happening when suddenly Josie came in looking kind of mad? Maybe even a little scared. When she was in front of me, she pulled me into a hug. I didn't have any complaints, but something was off.

Then Josie looked at me "I'm not a monster Jade.". I took her hand into mine and lifted her chin up "nobody ever said you were Joz.". After that she suddenly smiled and it was weird. She then laid on my bed and she looked tired, so I let her fall asleep. When she was asleep, I kissed her forehead and went out of the room.

I mean, if Josie would hide anything, it would be in her room, right?
