Chapter 22

Hope PoV:
I was walking around school to see if someone else died and I found someone. That only meant one thing, I had to show them what are the consequences of their actions. I walked to my dorm and prepared a plan that nobody would know about.

The think was, at that point I didn't really care about what it would do, I just wanted to protect school. It's what I had to do and besides, I'm pretty sure Alyssa would never do anything to hurt Josie. I just had to convince the other two that I know what I'm doing.

I got my plan ready and I decided to set a little gathering in the gym and send out invitations to our two special guests. I walked into the gym and I was attacked with questions immediately "Hope, why the hell are we here?".

I smiled at Lizzie "hello to you too. And, I found out what the spell does. Can we use it now?". I gave them my puppy eyes, but i guess it didn't work as I expected it to "and what does it does?".

I froze and smiled at her. God, I did not think this through "well, it just knocks a person out for a few hours and when they wake up... they are all good again...". Wendy looked at me like I was crazy "okayyy... let's say that I believe you, but I still think it isn't a good idea we use it.".

I frowned "but, why?". She looked at me with the most serious look I've ever seen "because what you found out might not even be true. So, no. We are not doing it.". Lizzie sadly agreed with it, so we decided to make a new plan, a 'better plan'.

Jade PoV:
I was in my bed when I got an invitation to some sort of gathering. I laughed it off, but decided to go because it might be fun. But before that I decided to eat a little bit.

I went to Mystic Falls and compelled a few people, drank from them and then threw them in a garbage. I smiled to myself as I went to school again to see Josie running after me "Jade, where have you been?".

I smiled at her "oh, just in town having some fun.". Ah smirked "well, that's good babe. I'm happy for you. I was just looking for you because we are kinda late for the gathering thing.".

I looked at her weirdly "what have you been doing? Your clothes are... is that blood on your shirt?". I felt my vampire self get intrigued. I looked at it and then I looked at her neck vein. But before I could do anything she makes me look back up.

We walked into the gym and I just had to laugh "what is that all about?". At that moment Hope spoke up "hello, welcome. I just wanted to apologise for what I have done to you. And I hope you don't mind putting everything in the past.".

I nodded rolling my eyes and that's when Hope smirked. All of the sudden I was attacked by some vampires and they tied me up with chains. I looked over to Josie who was humming of anger.

She started siphoning the magic from the floor and then she started chanting something and I knew that would be fun. I smirked as I knew that Josie could literally destroy all of them in one single move.

I was getting bored since nothing was really happening, but then all of the sudden Hope used a spell I've definitely never heard before. I could tell Lizzie and Wendy were confused and also scared.

All of the sudden Josie stopped chanting and started choking. That's when I got mad and tried to escape, but it was kinda impossible since the chains were literally dripping vervain. I wanted to yell at Hope, but I knew the damage has been already done.

But I definitely didn't think that spell was that bad, until suddenly Josie collapsed on the floor.
