as mark approached the school slowly, he looked down in his hands. there was the black box that held, probably, his most prized possession in it.

today was the day. the day he would finally be able to set up his actual lovebot.

he got jisung to ask chenle for donghyuck's locker and combination. he didn't know how jisung convinced chenle to tell him that but that was the least of his concerns.

he made his way into the school, this all felt way too familiar. he always dreaded coming to this school.

hopefully, just like his in dream, the plan played out perfectly.

he pushed the glass door open and entered the first level. his and donghyuck's homerooms were on the bottom floor, so that's where their lockers were located. he traveled down the two flights of stairs and began looking around the somewhat, silent hallway.

only a few students could be spotted down there, but it was fairly early which meant a lot of kids were at breakfast on in the library, some might not even be at the school yet.

he scanned the general area where donghyuck's locker was located. he was happy to see that his crush and yeji weren't there, talking how they usually do.

nobody was focusing on him so he made his way across the hall to the locker and took his phone from his pocket. he looked at the message jisung had sent him the night before about donghyuck's locker.

he made sure it was the correct number, which it was, and he began to try to unlock the lock with the code his friend sent him.

on the second try, he successfully opened the storage area and placed the box in there. he taped a small note, written on pink paper on the side of the box.

while doing this he took time to study the younger's locker, he had one of those stereotypical lockers. he had a dry erase board and a mirror stuck on the door, due to a magnet. small cute pastel stickers scattered all around as decorations. he also had pictures of his friends, and his favorite girl groups, like twice and red velvet.

mark couldn't help but smile at how cute his crush's locker was decorated. he would've immediately been able to tell that this was donghyuck's locker.

soon he started to hear the hallways fill with laughter and chatter of the students. he quickly shut the male's locker and made his way back across the hallway to his locker.

his smile grew wider as he saw donghyuck coming down the stairs with a grin on his face, skipping to his area. he couldn't wait for donghyuck to open his present.
