Chapter 7 - that was close

'D-Danny, what are you doing here?'
'I just stopped by to give you this.' He handed me a piece of paper and walked in.
'Oh, Dan. I have to go.' He had already sat down on my couch.
'Just look at the paper.'
I sighed, 'Fine.' I opened the folded paper and looked at what it was.
'Oh my. Danny!' I stared at the picture. It was a picture of me and Danny getting our tattoo, six years ago!
'Look!' He took his jacket and shirt off and turned around. There it was in green ink:
'But tonight can we just hold on to those 18 years.'
I took my jacket off and showed him my back as well.
'I remember the day we got these Han!'

*LEWI'S POV*

'I remember the day we go these Han!'
Shit. Danny was out there. What do I do? If he found me only in my boxers in his sister's bed he would never forgive me! I rushed into the bathroom to hide grabbing my clothes on the way. I accidentally knocked over half of Hannah's makeup. Fuck.
'What was that? Who's here with you?'
'Danny don't go in there.'
I quickly put my clothes on and Danny soon opened the door.
'What the fuck are you doing here?!'
'Danny I can explain!'
'Go on then Lewi, explain why your here in my sister's apartment hiding in the bathroom!' I stared at him blankly.
'Come on! I'm waiting!'
'Dan it's not what you think! Lewi was heading out to the shops and he stopped by mine to use the toilet!' A wave of relief whizzed through my body as my heart stopped beating so fast.
'That better be the reason why!' His face was closer to mine and I saw the hatred in his eyes.
'Danny! You know I can't hold my pee's very long!'
'Where were you last night then, huh?'
'I er-'
'You were here weren't you?!'
'No no! I wasn't. I had stopped over at my parent's house. I haven't seen them for a while Dan! Calm down, please!'
'Ok ok, fine. I believe you! Sorry guys. I'll leave you to it.'
'Bye Dan.' Hannah sounded mad and walked him out the apartment and once she saw his car leave she spoke.
'That was close.'
'Way to close.'
'Maybe we shouldn't tell him just yet.'
'Maybe we shouldn't tell him at all.'
'No. We're going to have to tell them all one day!'
'But, why?' She turned to me with a strict look on her face. I realised the mistake I had made.
'Why?' She raised and eyebrow. I had to fight back. She had won too many arguments that we'd had in the past. I know it was the wrong thing to do but I just wanted to prove myself to her.
'Yes why.'
'Lewi!' Crap. 'We can't just secretly date! And they all have a right to know anyway! What have they ever done to you?'
'Well, nothing but I just thought that we could save our relationship if no one knew about it! I was thinking of you Hannah!'
'No you weren't! If you were really thinking of me then you would have agreed to let the others know! If you were really thinking of me then this wouldn't have happened! We are going to have to tell them one way or another and that's final! We won't tell them yet but we will one day lewi!' She stormed off out the apartment and slammed the door shut. I had made a huge mistake. I get that she didn't want to tell the guys just yet but I was thinking about saving our relationship! The relationship we had be waiting for for four years! But no, she wants to tell them! Yeah I know they have a right to know but we also have a right to keep our mouths shut about it all! I shook my head trying to erase the memory from my mind. We'd talk about it later for sure. I don't even know if I want to tell the others or not...

*HANNAH'S POV*

What is wrong with him? What was he thinking? We can't just keep secretly dating for the rest of our lives! Danny would be even more mad if we didn't tell him and maybe a few years down the line he found out we were dating! Lewi is one of Dan's bestfriends after all. Surely he wouldn't do anything to jeopardize their friendship? It would ruin their friendship whilst ruining the band as well! I could not wait to get home and talk about the stupid mistake he has made. I hope he knows he has made a mistake though, you never know with Lewi Morgan.

The whole day I was in a horrible mood. I would tell the kids off for stupid little things like not sitting still or not putting stuff in the right place when we were doing art. I needed a brake. Macy walked in half way through lunch. Her long blonde hair flowing behind her.
'Miss Wilkin?'
'Yes Macy?'
'Are you ok? You seem in a bad mood.' She's so sweet.
'I'm just going through a rough time at the minute Macy. I'll be fine soon.'
'Has Lewi done anything?' I froze. My heart beat quickened. Did she know about me and Lewi?
'Why would you say that?'
'I don't know. I just want to know my brother hasn't gotten himself into trouble.'
'Oh Macy. Your brother has nothing to do with it.' I lied.
'Ok. Are you sure your ok?'
'I'm fine Macy, thankyou. Go outside and finish playing with Eleanor. Look she's looking for you.' She looked outside the window to see a very confused brown haired girl looking around the playground.
She laughed, 'See you after lunch Miss Wilkin.'
'Bye Macy. Have fun.' She skipped out the classroom. Macy is such a sweet little child, Lewi is lucky to have her as a sister.
