"THERE ARE TWO CAS'S!" I screamed, "WHY ARE THERE TWO CAS'S?!" I frantically looked at Sam, fear creeping up my spine.
Sam was just staring at me, then the two Cas's in front of me. "Uhh... Dean... I think the witch may have cursed you too." Panic rising in his voice.
"That sneaky little bitch..." I said through my teeth.
I grabbed my chest, my heart was almost beating out of my rib cage. "Sam," I choked out, falling to my knees. Sam and Cas were holding me up within seconds, pulling me over to lay me on the bed. The other Cas was just watching us silently. What's happening to me?
My Cas's face hovered above me, Sam was at the table, frantically flipping through the witches spell book we had stolen. "Shit, shit, shit, shit..." Sam was whispering as he was flipping.
He looked over at me with a scowl, "You know, this would have been easier if you hadn't killed said bitch. We could have just forced her to reverse the spell!"
"Yeah, well, not an option now," I choked out. My heart thrashing its way out of my chest was getting more painful by the second.
Cas was starting to panic. My Cas, that is. "SAM. Just focus! Fix him!" He screamed at him, his eyes never leaving my face. He placed his hand on my chest, trying to heal me. It wasn't working.
The other Cas was moving closer to the bed, and my Cas raced over to stand between us. "I won't let you hurt Dean," he growled, his whole body starting to glow with his grace as a warning.
The other Cas smirked at him, unfazed. Crap. Not good. It didn't matter, my Cas stood his ground, not moving despite the fact that the other one was only inches from his face now. My Cas shoved his hand towards the other ones chest, releasing a blast of light that sent him flying across the room. Sam glanced up to see what had happened, his eyes widening. He started flipping the pages faster.
We watched as the other Cas rose to his feet, unscathed, and approached the bed again. I was still clutching at my chest, desperately wanting the pain to stop. Cas stood his ground again while duplicate Cas got closer. This time, he reached out a hand and flicked my Cas across the room. "CAS," I screamed through the pain, I couldn't see where he landed. The other Cas was standing over me now, reaching toward my chest. I shrank back into the bed as far as I could manage, starting to panic further.
"Dean!" I heard my Cas yell, rushing over to snatch the others hand away.
"GOT IT!" We heard Sam as he hustled over. "Anybody got any dandelion root?"
"YEAH, CHECK MY BACK POCKET!" I screamed at him, not sure if I had conveyed my sarcasm, as another wave of pain washed through my chest.
"Dean, now is really not the time," Cas grumbled, holding the other Cas back by the arms.
Other Cas quickly shoved my Cas to the floor and raced over to me again, hands outstretched. He placed his fingers on my chest, starting to dig in. I heard myself scream as blood started leaking out around his fingers. My Cas jumped on his back, pulling him to the floor. I could hear Sam rhyming something off in the background. The others' hand jerked out of my chest, leaving the open wounds to bleed profusely. I whimpered as blood pooled beneath me on the motel room bed. My Cas was straddling the other Cas, holding him to the floor with a fierce expression on his face.
"You will not touch him again," he thundered, eyes still glowing. The room started shaking with the powerful angels anger.
"Any day now Sam," I wheezed out. I felt something wet on my chin. I reached up to touch it with my fingers, they came away red. Blood. Oh goody.
