The taller boy was fast asleep, the blankets swallowing the sleepy boy, his eyes were tired and droopy, with his cheeks rosy and pink fading into his pale body.
Kokichi peeked to look at the tallboy. His eyes were close shut as the light pouring into the room landed shining softly against the glossy wooden floor. His eye bags were obvious, his skin shown bright and pale.
Kokichi knew he hasn't been out of his room for a while. Also not eating right, makes sense why he looks so horrible. The small boy carefully used his small hand pushing away the other's hair. He seemed to be in deep sleep. He needed it anyways. Kokichi looked around the room glancing though this time.
It wasn't messy but it wasn't clean. Clothes were scattered in one area, along with a shelf of books messily placed upside down or even on its side. Walking over to the desk it covered in messy papers and light yellow folders. Pencil scratches engraved onto the wooden desk were slowly fading out, as there were a few glass and plates sitting on the bedside. The only light sorce brightening the room a bit was the window.
It was a cloudy day today yet the sun shined brightly through the grey droopy clouds. Kokichi made a sigh. He honestly hated the cloudy days. He doesn't even remember any sunny days. Kokichi made a fusterated sigh.
The room was messy and in all honesty he hated seeing Shuichi in a giant dump like this. It was saddening to him. Kokichi grew determined. His mindset was to clean the room and bring him food. Kokichi began with the floor. One by one he placed the clothes into the dirty laundry basket Shuichi placed in the corner of the room. Then came the shelf. One book, then another he fixed them all. Turning the books upright, and placing them into organized categories.
At this point Kokichi was tired, rubbing his eyes and yawning from constanly moving around the room making sure not to wake the resting leader.
Finally, the desk was last. The boy stepped over. He was hesitant, wouldn't you think there would be important or seceret things in these paper piles? Kokichi only gulped at the thought, picking the papers up and neatly putting them into piles. He placed papers into folders writing which papers belong in each folder on the tabs. Finally the last pile came, he carefully picked it up glacing at it.
It was a love letter?
Seems to be like that. It was a love letter made by Shuichi. It was adressed to Kaede
Kokichi frowned remembering the soft spoken blonde. Her flowery scent blooming around everyone. Her positive words was sure to make anyone cheer up. She always knew what to do and how to help. Kokichi loved her yet enveyed that at the same time.
He wanted to seem reliable. Yet here he is. Saved by a group of people and looking meek and weak to everyone. Kokichi wanted to seem like he knew what to do. What to say. But not everyone was made for that position and the only person made for that was already gone.
Kokichi rattled his head. No more distractions. He carefully placed the papers away into the desk drawers making sure not too see anything else. Kokichi smiled getting an idea, he looked for a sticky note, writing something down and sticking it onto the desk. Kokichi took another sigh before picking the glasses and plates up, turning to the blue haired boy.
He was sleeping with a smile now. He seemed to be resting well and Kokichi was enjoying that smile. If this is the only thing he can do to re-pay Shuichi then be it. He fixed Shuichi's blankets, before carefully leaving the room.
