"Olivia Benson, you are not seriously studying on a Saturday night?" Alex spoke, study shaming her roommate.

"I am seriously studying on a Saturday night, " Olivia rolled her eyes, looking up from her anatomy notes, "where are you off too all dressed up?"

"Alpha Phi Alpha frat party and you're coming with, so let's get your butt in gear little miss."

"Alex, you know that I don't party and I don't like these things, " Olivia sighed.

"Livvie, " Alex whined, "how do you know you don't like them if you've never been? Plus, it's Oktoberfest which means the older frat boys got the best alcohol from their rich daddies vineyards."

"I don't want to go. I'm more comfortable here, snuggled in my sweats studying and watching Netflix."

"Get up!" Alex demanded, "get your tiniest dress on, take out your ponytail and tame your curls, take off your glasses, put on some makeup, and let's go."

Olivia tried to fight her roommate tooth and nail, but Alex somehow convinced her to get dolled up and go to this stupid frat party. The campus had cooled down slightly after the sun went down, but it was still a lot warmer than the October temperatures in New York Olivia was used to. As the blonde and brunette made their way from the dorms to the frat house Olivia sighed audibly to her best friend.

"How did I convince you to drag me out here."

"I don't know, but I'm glad you're coming because you won't be disappointed. I have a guy friend who has a friend who I think you'll hit it off with. He's really tall, has an athletic build, and my is he smoking hot, Liv, and an added bonus he's on the football team."

"Who is your friend?" Olivia asked as the music came into earshot from the road they were on.

"Peter Stone, he's on the water polo team and he's studying pre-law like me."

"Oh, " Olivia sighed, "wait is that the guy who called you a dumb blonde on orientation day because you were on the wrong floor?"

"Yes, but he's actually really nice, " Alex pointed at a large white house, "this is the place."

"This is the frat house?" Olivia asked nervously, seeing lots of people strewn all over the lawn and through the open doorway of the house.

"I promise it's bigger on the inside, " Alex smiled, dragging Olivia in behind her.

It didn't take long for Olivia to feel overwhelmed and for Alex to find her group of guy friends. Olivia was quickly dragged over to the group of guys behind her friend and for some reason one of them looked awfully familiar. He was a tall, athletic-built boy, with long hair, and a bright almost blinding smile.

"Olivia, " Alex spoke, snapping Olivia from her thoughts.

"Y-yeah, " Olivia spoke, looking back at Alex.

"This is Peter and that stud right there is Trevor."

"Hi, Trevor, " Olivia smiled, "wait, I'm sorry this may be a weird question, but what's your last name?"

"Langan, why?" He questioned, his voice low but gentle.

"We've met before, " Olivia smiled, biting her bottom lip as Alex slipped away with Peter.

"Let's grab a drink, and then you can tell me how I look like someone you know, " he chuckled, leading her to the kitchen, "what do you want to drink?"
