Olivia woke up to her alarm and found herself face down on her bed, her pillow covered in drool and her hair a tangled mess on top of her head. She blinked a few times before rolling over and feeling a pounding in her head. She had never drunk before, so this whole hangover thing was weird for her. She also didn't anticipate that she would have gotten drunk even before she had turned 21.

"Turn that damn thing off!" Alex yelled from the room next to Olivia's. She pounded her fist against the wall, as Olivia struggled to get her alarm to shut off. But once it was, she slowly slid to the edge of her bed and ran her hands over her face.

"Just don't get sick..." Olivia trailed off, before pushing herself up and swaying a bit before sitting back down. She knew that today was going to be hard, especially since she still had a lot of homework to do, let alone a huge essay that had to be turned in by 11:59 this evening.

Olivia reached for her glasses and put them on before standing and slowly moving to her dresser. She grabbed clothes and prayed that a hot shower and maybe some coffee would help her.

Once Olivia was showered, she moved out onto the quad and looked for the coffee shop that was in the middle of the UCLA campus. She was thankful for that because she was the one that usually ran out of the dorm to get something to keep her awake since she was the only one getting a lot of studying done.

As she stood in line and tried to figure out if she wanted to try anything new or stick to her usual.

"Olivia?" A familiar voice spoke, and Olivia turned around and saw a tall and familiar man standing there.

"Uh, should I know who you are? I'm a little hungover right now and everything seems blurry and confusing." Olivia said with a weak laugh. The guy smiled before reaching his hand out to her.

"Trevor Langan. We made out last night, and we-" Trevor started, but Olivia interrupted him as her eyes lit up and she smiled but it was weak.

"We shared our first kiss together in Texas when we were teenagers... yeah. Sorry if I did anything last night that you didn't want... I've never drunk before, and last night I did a little too much drinking." Olivia spoke nervously. She ran her fingers through her hair before glancing over her shoulder and seeing that the line hadn't moved at all.

"You didn't do anything that I didn't want to do. So, how about I get you a coffee and we can go do it again." Trevor smiled. He was cocky, and that made Olivia a little anxious.

"Uh, Trevor... if it wasn't for the fact I was drinking last night, we wouldn't have done everything that we did. I'm sorry. I'm here to become a doctor, and even if I want to be a normal college student... I can't let that get in my way. I'm sorry." Olivia spoke. She turned back and crossed her arms over her chest as she let out a small sigh. The first boy to ever ask to make out with her again, she just turned him away.

Olivia eventually got her drink, before she turned to head back to her dorm. As she was making her way back slowly, her strides slow because she was enjoying the warm morning air before it got too hot to bear.

"Okay, so what if we took it slow?" Trevor asked, and Olivia jumped and turned around quickly. She had her hand placed to her chest as she tried to calm herself down. She hated to be scared, and it was bad for her.

"Trevor-"

"I sounded like a douche bag when I said we could continue kissing. I'm just not used to girls turning me down. I'm always getting hot girls when I want them."

"Well, there you go. I'm not hot. What you saw last night was a rare thing. I wear glasses, I prefer jeans, and I'm probably not gonna drink again." Olivia spoke. She turned on her heel to walk away, but Trevor stopped her again.

"Hey, please. I'd like to get to know the girl that I shared my first kiss with. And maybe see you smile." Trevor spoke.

"Why do you want to see me smile? You probably saw me smile last night. Like a fucking idiot." Olivia grumbled.

"Because I want to see if your braces helped straighten up your teeth or not. Maybe my cut up tongue was worth it." Trevor chuckled.

Olivia looked him up and down before sighing.

"I have an essay that is due tonight... I'll have it done by eight. Meet me at the coffee house and we can talk. Deal?" Olivia asked hesitantly.

"Deal. I'll see you at eight. Don't wear that skimpy thing from last night if it doesn't make you comfortable."

"I puked on it last night, and it's Alex's anyway. My only dress wasn't short enough for her liking, so you won't be seeing me in anything but this..."

Olivia finished her essay up at seven, which gave her an hour to get ready for her coffee... date... with Trevor. She hadn't told Alex, because she had slept all day, but Alex realized that something was up when Olivia got out of the shower for her second time that day.

"Where are you going?" Alex asked as Olivia brushed out her locks.

"To the coffee shop. I just wanted to wash the day off of me." Olivia replied quietly.

"If I were to message Trevor, would he say that you two are going on a date tonight?" Alex smiled.

"It's not a date, Alex. We are just going to talk. It's called taking it slow." Olivia spoke.

"Are you a virgin?" Alex asked suddenly, and Olivia swallowed hard as she grabbed a hair tie and started to braid her hair.

"That is none of your business," Olivia whispered.

"Is that why you aren't calling it a date? Because if it was a date, you might have to have sex with him?"
