I went to the backyard. I was sitting on a wooden chair. I shouted out her name, "ERICA!!!" she appeared in few seconds. She looked elated. "Erica, I need to tell you what just happened now!" and I told her everything about Bargan. She was shocked. "Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, Cora time doesn't wait for anyone. You made a blunder." I heard Bargan's voice. It was creepy. I couldn't see her. I pressed Erica's shoulder, "Did you hear anything, Erica?" I asked her but she replied, "Yes, I heard the doorbell ringing. I will wait here. See who is there?" I ran to the door.
There was no one but a small box wrapped with the same blue wrapper was left. I unwrapped it immediately. There was an hourglass and a note. The note was clearly from Bargan. "Don't repeat your mistakes. Crustel is in your hands. Not everyone is trustworthy, Cora!" I was wondering about her intentions. I thought that maybe she misunderstood Erica. Maybe she thought Erica was not a royal and she doesn't want me to tell Erica anything.
The only thing I did was hiding the fact about the note. I went back to Erica. "What happened? Did Bargan threaten you again? Cora, are you okay?" Erica was worried. I knew she should know what happened but I hid that fact and only showed her the hourglass. "Erica, I need to go back to Crustel. Especially to Gling Castle. Now!" I confessed my current feeling to her but she refused, "Cora, I told you earlier. You can't come back to Crustel now. You need to wait for four days." I almost forgot that reminder.
I saw the hourglass. It was fearful. "Erica, you are royal. You can get an excuse from your queen. We have to safe Crustel." I cried. I didn't know why I was so attached and had emotions for Crustel. I have only been there for three days. Maybe I was one of the royals or I was just following Bargan's instructions. Erica was wandering around the backyard. I heard someone whispering my name. It was not Erica and Bargan. I turned behind. I saw a black shadow in the kitchen.
I tiptoed to the kitchen so that Erica doesn't follow me. That figure was familiar to me but I couldn't recollect my memories. That figure didn't reveal its face. "Cora, you came to Crustel. No matter what. I think you might have forgotten everything about Crustel after the attack by Lanshirens. We need you," The figure disappeared.
At that moment, I really was confused. I didn't know why I felt that figure was familiar to me. "Does it mean this was not my first time to Crustel? Was I a Crustelician?" I kept asking myself. I went back to Erica. I couldn't see her. I searched her everywhere but she was not in my house. She left before I came back to talk to her. At that moment I was stuck. I didn't know the way to enter Crustel.
Then, I remembered a spell Erica taught me, Crustia. I took my wand and told Crustia. She told me that the spell in the human world is different. So, I guessed that it was the way to enter Crustel. I held my wand; raised it and chanted the spell. I couldn't believe it. My wand was sparkling. The gem glowed. I could feel as light as a feather. I was floating in the air. I closed my eyes and opened it. In that split second, I was able to witness tall green trees and the Aura river. It is it. I have come to Crustel.
"Now I have to find a way to Gling Castle," I planned. I walked along the river. "Welcome to Crustel. Aura is for your service!" Then an idea popped into my mind. I asked Aura, "Hi. Can you send me to the Gling Castle?" In a few seconds, a small boat dock. I got in and held it tightly. The boat bolted to Gling Castle in few seconds. I slowly get down from the boat. I went near the entrance. I remembered Erica telling me that only wizards can make this castle glow. I knew I couldn't make the castle glow. So, I had a peek inside. I tiptoed slowly. I was able to see the dungeon where Bargan stayed. "Maybe Bargan might have left some clues there," I sneaked into the dungeon. I found Bargan's blanket. I took it and my eyes met a note. It clearly was the clue I needed. "Crustel is in danger. Lanshirens took over Crustel and Crustelicians were locked in this dungeon. You have to release them," the note was a message by Bargan to me.
"Hey, who are you?" someone lunged out from outside. I froze. I turned slowly and our eyes met. "You? You're alive?" that young man asked me super excitedly. I kept silent. He continued, "You must be Cora? Did Bargan send you? I know you would come back after the attack. Do you remember anything?" He kept on asking questions. I cut him, "Uhmm...Slow down. Who are you and how do you know my name?" He saw me with an overwhelmed look. I told him that I didn't know the answers to his questions.
