I wanted to know more about the future, especially about the war but I wasn't brave enough to spit it out. I moved near to Erica. Prince Kanyal lunged out, "My lady, I am afraid that I mentioned earlier. I can read minds." I felt awkward. Erica gave me a disgusting stare. "You should never pick him as Crustel's future king," she whispered to me. I rolled my eyes. "As long as the future king of Taleas isn't Ethan." I snapped. We ended up giggling. All of sudden, my eyes met a sword that was bent weirdly. I stared at it for a while. Ethan and Erica joined me. "Uhmm Prince Kanyal! What is this sword for?" I asked him. He stepped forward. "Let me have a closer look." He said. "Well, this is an ancient Aquan sword. Once upon a time, Aquanya wasn't an underwater city. It had lands like other kingdoms. Once a sorcerer cursed Aquanya's former king. Tada! Here we are. This sword was used when Aquanyan lived on land. We don't use swords to fight underwater." He explained to us like he was a professor teaching his students with passion. I wasn't done staring at him but Ethan shook me. "Cora, your amulet!" He whispered as he pointed to my amulet. It was glowing red.

I ran quite far from Prince Kanyal. I opened it. The book was levitating. The image is portrayed was unbelievable. It was during the war. Emerald is about to kill her own father. Erica and Ethan are with me. We were accompanied by the sorcerer's and Lama's spirit. Mom was standing right beside me with full of shock. The image vanished and I locked back the book into my amulet. Ethan, Erica and I exchanged looks. Prince Kanyal interrupted us. "My lady, I am afraid that," I cut him. "Yeah yeah. You mentioned that you can read the future. WAIT!!!" I exclaimed. "Who's Crustel's future queen?" I questioned him. Erica stared at me as Ethan burst into laughter, "Obviously, it's you, Cora!" I gave him a deadly stare. Prince Kanyal giggled, "Ethan is right! Princess Cora, there is something else that I need to tell you!" he trembled with his words. He didn't mention that he wanted to talk to me in private but Ethan and Erica left me with Prince Kanyal. They were irking me.

Prince Kanyal seemed quite relieved. "My lady, Crustel has a bright future but the queen doesn't have one!" he said with a sad tone. "What do you mean? I can't understand!" I told him. "For the sake of Crustel, you are forgetting about yourself. I can't tell everything, my lady. I have to follow my law. The thing is... the future king of the Crustel will be helpless and the queen..." he kept silent. I respected his law. "I have known the important things. I am happy to do anything best for Crustel." I smiled but deep inside me, the thought of the war haunted me. The reason we came for the weapon room tour was to find out the perfect weapon to use during the war. Well, Prince Kanyal read my mind. "Aventurine attack is not only controlled by sphere shield. This shield could cover your entire soldiers. They won't be affected by aventurine and still can attack Lanshirens back." He told professionally. I wanted to thank him but, "My pleasure." He read my mind again. We ended up giggling. Ethan whispered to me, "Cora, it's time. We have to get back to the forest." I nodded.

"Well, we will meet again if we have the opportunity, Prince Kanyal," I told as I smiled. He smiled back but I could witness the sorrow in his eyes. Ethan and I went back to the forest and Erica went to the palace. King Estaban, Queen Merlina and their son stayed at Aquanya. They wanted to celebrate the Sea Festival after so many years. I sneaked into my tent. Lady luck was not by my side. I heard footsteps. I remember the boots. It was Emerald's. "Cora!" She called out my name. I acted as I was sleepy but she saw me sneaking into my tent. "Where were you? Aunt Mounja was searching for you. She is a bit mad at you." She talked as her words portrayed concern. That was certainly uncanny. "Can you answer my question? Who are you? You're not Emerald!" I smirked. She was shocked. "Cora, I don't understand. I better leave your tent. You need rest." She sprinted out. That was really strange. The Emerald I knew was born with arrogance and never knew what was kindness. I had to have an eye on her.

I slept well. To be honest, the dream itself was haunting me. I couldn't sleep well. The sun was about to rise. The second test and THE WAR was about to start. I noticed Emerald's wrist. Her aventurine bracelet was not on her wrist. She was wearing a ruby bracelet. I didn't want to make it a huge issue. I just got ready and wore my armour. I made sure that I had my sphere shield. I stand by my mom. My amulet glowed. It was because Lama joined me as a spirit. He stayed awake. So did the sorcerer. I met General Maven Lorenzo and told him about the Aquan Shield. At first, he was extremely shocked then I calmed him down. He secretly activated it. We were ready. Our ancestors appeared. Emerald waved at me. My ancestors saw Emerald as she was a ghost. Needless to say, they were shocked to see Emerald waving at her opponent. The wrath in me rose. I remembered how she killed my dad and her own grandfather with Erica's form. Now it was my time to get revenge. I would kill her dad in front of her. So, she would know the feeling. I gave her a deadly stare. One of my ancestors blew the ancient horn. "In the count of three, the one with the gem of the leader of the tranquets should get ready for a war. The one who wins the war and gets the gem will be the next queen!" Bargan commanded. "Three...Two...One..." The moment my ancestors said one, everything went blackout. I couldn't see anything but only knew that I was not conscious.
