Randolph was fighting when he spotted Kimberly next to Adam.
"Kimberly, I am coming." Kimberly looked at him then laughed. Adam joined in with a chuckle. Randolph headed straight for the building. He outstretched his and began to pull the building down, but the felt someone pulling it back up. Randolph looked up and saw Adam's raised up. Adam laughed and shouted,
"We are all full of surprises aren't we." Randolph frowned and closed his fits harder. Randolph felt Adam's pull become weaker, but then saw some of the fighters coming toward him. Randolph couldn't take his focus off the building or Adam would take control.
"Randolph, I've got your back," came a voice. Randolph saw Calvin come up. Randolph nodded and continued bring the building down. Calvin focused his attention to the fighters coming toward him. He smiled then turned his eyes to a blinding light and walked toward them. He then grabbed the sun's rays and forced them down on them. They quickly fell over dead.
"Heat-stroke is a wonderful thing," he said. Calvin then felt the ground shake and turned to see the building fall to the ground. He then saw Randolph take off.
"Randolph wait," He said taking off after him, but he stopped when he heard a voice in his head call out.
"You can't beat him. You will die if you follow Randolph. Turn around before it's too late," voice told him. Calvin was confused the only person close to him was Randolph and he was slowly getting further away. Then he saw Adam looking right at him.
"So you're the one getting in my head," he said quietly.
"Indeed," the voice said, "But I think our conversation is over." Calvin then felt something stab him in the heart. Calvin saw a man over his shoulder let go of something and run off. Calvin fell to the ground and watched the world go black.

Randolph started climbing up the building when it went black. The sun was gone. He couldn't see a thing, but soon a full moon came out that lifted the darkness. Randolph saw Leann appear by Calvin's body. He wanted to go back and help Leann, but he needed to get Kimberly and defeat Adam. He then continued to climb over debris and made his way toward where Kimberly was. When he reached the top, he looked around and saw no one. Randolph was uneasy about and used some metal as a shield.
"Come out Adam and face me like a man," Randolph said looking around.
"You are useless. You will never make Kimberly happy. You are just another Adam to her," a voice called out in his head. Randolph grabbed his head trying to get the voice out of his head, but it didn't work.
"You have led everyone to their death. What kind of leader does that?" the voice called out again. Randolph looked around and saw everyone fighting then he saw Calvin's dead body.
"No, you're wrong," Randolph said.
"Don't deny it. You know it was a bad idea. Face it you are a failure," the voice continued.
"No," Randolph said holding back tears, "You're wrong." Randolph looked around and saw Wayne fighting with Tarah.
"No, they chose this with me. Everyone knew what they were getting and they choose to fight. We are loyal no matter what. We stand together even if we don't always get along because we are Elementals and no one is going to tell us what we can't do. Not even you Adam," Randolph said powerfully," Now get out of my head." Randolph felt the voice leave his head and then saw Adam, Kimberly, and his parents appear out of nowhere.
"I have to say Randolph, you are on tough guy to take out," Adam said, "But I have your weakness." Adam grabbed Kimberly and pulled her close.
"You let go of her," Randolph said.
"Randolph, you will never beat Adam. Quit being stubborn and give in," his mother said.
"No, mother. I could never join someone ask evil as this man.
"Well I did," Kimberly said with a smirk.
"I don't believe that for one second," Randolph said.
"Well allow me to give you an example," Adam said pulling Kimberly into a kiss.
"I said let her go," Randolph said while throwing metal scraps towards him, but Adam used the wind and sent it straight to his parents.
"No," Randolph shouted, but it was too late. The metal went through both his parents.
"Mom. Dad," Randolph said running over to them, "I am so sorry. I didn't mean to." His father smiled and said,
"We are sorry. For everything." His father the fell lifeless. Randolph turned to his mother, but she was gone as well.
"You bastard," Randolph said with hate. Adam smiled and said,
I didn't need them anymore."
"I am going to kill you," Randolph said charging toward him.
"You're a fool," he said then shot fire at him. Randolph watched as his metal melted.
"Someone didn't learn from last time," Adam said. He continued throwing fire at him. Randolph blocked with metal but it would melt quickly.
"You can't last forever, Randolph. Accept your death," Adam said quickening his throws
"Never," Randolph said struggling to block his fire. Finally a steam of fire hit him. Randolph groaned in pain. Adam to rain fire on him. Randolph felt his skin burn and his power melt away. He was going to die, but then he felt the flames disappear.
"Kill him now," Kimberly shouted. Randolph saw Kimberly holding his arm behind his back. Randolph gather all his strength and shot a piece of metal through him. Adam was shocked for only a moment then started to laugh and said,
"You really are a fool. Not only am I going to do, but your precious Kimberly will too." Kimberly then staggered back and became short of air.
"How," Randolph said before running over to Kimberly.
"Simple, with the serums I used, it connected our nanites, so when one died so would the other," Adam said with short breaths. Adam then fell to the ground finding to harder to breath. Randolph grabbed Kimberly and said with tears,
"Kimberly, I am so sorry. I didn't know. Please don't leave me. I need you. I love you."
"Randolph, I need to die. Adam will live if I don't die. Please, you have to let me go. I will always love you. When you called my name, I was able to return to my normal self because of our love. I kept up the act so Adam wouldn't suspect anything. It is true what they say about love. Love is the most powerful thing," Kimberly said grabbing Randolph's hand. Tears flowed down his cheeks.
"I can't let you go," Randolph said tightening his grip of her hand. Kimberly lightly smiled and then said,
"Take the last bit of my power. Use it to make a crack in the void to hide us and to wipe the world's memory of us." Randolph then felt the void power enter his body.
"Goodbye, Randolph," Kimberly said. She then kissed him and fell lifeless.
"Kimberly come back," Randolph sobbed, but it was useless. She was gone and so was Adam. Randolph held her body for a few seconds then let her go. He looked and saw everyone still fighting.
"Stop," he screamed to them.
