     "you're such a dumbass!" ryan laughed as he pushed me to the side. "yeah, so? at least i'm aware." i grinned. ryan rolled his eyes and continued laughing.

     the two of us talked all the lunch room. "okay, okay. i'm gonna go over to jon. see ya'." ryan waved before he started to walk away. "bye loser!" i chuckled. he turned around and raised an eyebrow. "says the one who puts pencils in his ears." he said. i laughed and went over to dallon, spencer, and ryan seaman.

     "you look happy." spencer stated as i sat down next to dallon. "yeah, just me being dumb." i chuckled. "hey." someone sat next to me. all of us turned to him. "oh, uh, hey." i said. "you're brendon, right?" he pointed at me. "yeah, that's me." i nodded. "alright, cool. i'm gerard. anyways, you're friends with pete, yeah?" the boy, gerard, asked. "uh huh, why?" i raised an eyebrow.

     gerard shrugged. "he told me to invite as many people as i could to go over to his house for some party or something. i don't know. your friends can come too if you're going." he answered. i looked over to spencer and he shrugged. everyone else seemed to be okay with it. "um, okay. when is it?" i asked. "tomorrow at six. i don't know why he chose tomorrow, think he forgot that he's the only one that got suspended." gerard sighed. "yeah, sounds like him." i chuckled. gerard laughed. "okay, well it was nice meeting you." he stood up and started to walk away. "nice meeting you too... wait, why is he even having a party?" i stopped him. "hell if i know, i'm only telling everyone about it." he shook his head. "okay, then it was nice to talk to you." i nodded. "you too." he walked away.

     i looked at ryan who didn't look surprised at all. "dude, it's pete. he's probably just bored out of his mind. it's not like he's actually having a real party, just some get together." he shrugged. "yeah, you're right. he's just that way i guess." i laughed.
