19 • are you happy?

I wake up when I feel a wet kiss planted on my neck. I quickly open my eyes and look down at Calum laying on top pinning me in place, spread out on my full size bed.
"Morning" he mumbles.
"Calum what are you doing?"
"Hmm what do you mean? I thought you wanted me to sleep with you" he mumbles into my neck and I recall the night that I went into his room and he told me to get over Sam.

"Yeah but when I did you told me to get over Sam"
I can feel him frown. He pushes himself up and looks at me in the eye. "Lillian, I really am sorry."
"I know" I mumble looking away, suddenly regretting bringing it up.
He leans in and kissed my neck again.
"And.." he kisses down.
"I'm also sorry about cutting your pony tail off in middle school."
I pull him away and look at him "you remember that?!"
"Yeah 7th grade geography. ...it was a dare from Ashton" I roll my eyes and laugh "of course it was." He continues his assault and kisses further down.
"I know it doesn't make it right, but he blackmailed me." He says inbetween kisses. I laugh "oh did he?" I say teasing threading my fingers in his hair. "Mmhm. If I didn't do it he was going to tell you I liked you."

I sit up which forces him to as well.
"You liked me back then?"
He rubs his hands through his hair.
"Of course... I thought you knew"
"Oh yeah how could I have missed that" I mock.

I slide try to slide out of bed but Calum grips my waist and continues kissing.
"Calum you know Luke doesn't want us-"
"Fuck what he thinks"
"Cal."
"Princess."
"Stop."
He does a dramatic sigh and sits back.
"Princess you already gave me a taste and got me addicted. I need to taste you again." He looks up at me with puppy dog eyes and I need to move before I give in.

I stand up and get dressed.
"Why does what he thinks matter anyway?"
He asks rubbing his eyes.

"Because he's-" I stop.
"-Your best friend." I finish instead and walk toward the door.
"And you need to get out before he sees you in here in my bed" I say and go out.
Thankfully, Luke was not up yet.

I go into the kitchen and see Ashton Micheal and Crystal siting at the island.
"Surfing?" I ask seeing the boys in swimming trunks.
"It's Sunday. Of course we're going surfing." Ashton lightly laughs as Calum comes into the kitchen.
"You coming?" Micheal asks focusing his attention to me.

"Actually no, I may go out with my old roommate later shopping or something. You want to come Crystal?" I offer taking my phone out to text Aubrey.
"Yeah that sounds fun" Crystal smiles as Luke walks in the kitchen.
"What sounds fun?" Luke asks scrolling through his phone leaning against the island.
"Going shopping with Lillian today!" Crystal says happily sipping her coffee.

"Oh, Lillian, mum wanted me to bring you over, you know, and get all your information to bill your pay check and everything for official hiring paperwork." he says looking up from his phone briefly.
I sigh loudly, knowing damn well it had nothing to do with a paycheck.

I give a sympathetic look to Crystal but she returns a smile.
"It's okay, I'm sure it won't take all day, we can go shopping afterwards!" Crystal offers seeing disappointment on my face.

I nod. "Yeah. Maybe. I'll let you know." I mumble, knowing it just may take all day.
"Do you want us to wait on you guys to go surfing?" Calum asks getting coffee.
"No, that's okay. I may just stay the whole day there with her, ya know." He responds.
The boys nod.

Soon Luke and I leave and get into his car.
The car ride is somewhat silence at the beginning. "I'm glad you're getting along with Crystal" he comments. I nod.
He sits for a moment before speaking again.
