Chapter 17- Spy Time

Tenten's POV

I awoke on a Saturday morning to an extremely loud and unpleasant bang on the door. "God dammit!" I yelled through my pillow. "Who on Earth is up at this ungodly hour in the morning!"

"Tenten," Hinata said as she opened the door. "It's noon."

The door swung open to reveal none other than the pink headed bitch and the tall blonde one.

"Ughhhhhh. What are you guys doing waking me uppppp." I groaned.

"Get up you dunce. We're going shopping." Ino proclaimed.

"Ugh. Do I have to?" I said with my face still in the pillow.

"Yes. You have no choice. Hinata. Are you coming?"

What, Hinata has a choice but I don't?

"U-Um... Actually..... Me and N-Naruto...." She blushed.

Ohhhhh. NOW I see why we're going to the mall. Hehe.

I got up out of bed. "Ok, ok. give me ten minutes." I said to Ino and Sakura, who were a little surprised at my sudden change of heart. 

In ten minutes flat, I came out of the bathroom wearing a brown wool sweater, light jeans, my signature twin buns, and combat boots. "Okay let's go!" We walked out the door and left Hinata, who was beginning to get ready for her day out with Naruto.

As soon as we closed the door, I turned to Sakura and Ino. "We're totally spying on them aren't we." They both nodded enthusiastically. I grinned evilly. "Hehe. Good."

"Ok. Now to grab the boys." Ino said.

"They'll agree to this?" I asked.

"Are you kidding me? Who in their right minds would give up a chance to make fun of Naruto?" Sakura asked. I nodded in understanding.

So, we then made the dangerous trek to the boys' side, where we got a lot of suspicious, and a few flirty, looks. (After all, Sakura and Ino were two of the most popular girls at school, and now I had low-key made the list by association). Sakura walked up to door number 371 and knocked confidently.

"Wakey, wakey!" She called. The door opened to a very disgruntled looking Uchiha. I laughed out loud. I had never seen him looking, you know, not perfect.

The Hyuga came up and glared. "What do you want." He looked even more like a bed head than Sasuke. I laughed even harder, and Sakura and Ino joined me. My laugh is pretty infectious, I have to say.

"O-Okay," Ino said, still giggling slightly. "We're going to spy on Nar-"

"I'm in." Neji interrupted. He was probably in over-protective-cousin mode again.

"Give me ten minutes." Sasuke said.

In 8 minutes and 37 seconds, Sasuke came out wearing a dark blue hoodie, khaki pants, and air forces, and Neji was wearing a white button up shirt rolled up to his elbows, khaki pants, and vans. It was actually kind of weird to see them wearing normal people clothes, since I only ever saw them in their uniforms normally. I mean, I had seen them wear like, casual clothes at dinner and stuff, but never "I'm going to the mall clothes." I know it sounds stupid, but I kind of had that epiphany. I decided to pay more attention to what Sakura and Ino were wearing. Sakura had on a burgundy sweater, a red skirt, and combat boots, and Ino was wearing a cropped light-blue sweater and jeans. My thoughts were cut short as I heard Neji say something.

"You know, you're lucky we wore shirts to sleep last night, or that wake-up call would have been really awkward." He said to me.

I rolled my eyes. "Darn! I guess I missed out then huh." I said sarcastically.
