Storm's Pov
waking up from my new bed in my new room after packing my stuff, I went into my bathroom and looked up just to see my broken face with dry tears and mascara on my cheeks. Taking a shower and putting on some sweatpants and a sweater, I walked down out of my room just to run into Lizzie
" Dad Storm I need your help," she said as she dragged us down to the front of the door where we see people bringing in different things
"They won't unload the trucks without your signature" I looked at her confused at what's going on
"what," Alaric says also looking confused
"Tables, chairs, flowers, and a... helium tank? Who ordered all this" I asked she looked at the confused look on my face and signed
"Dad did, a few months ago"
"Why?"
10 minutes later
"I have some news," my dad says on the stadium
"Many of you, like me, have forgotten that we are hosting this year's Miss Mystic Falls Pageant."
everyone including me groaned
"Trust me, I know. But the rotation is set in stone. So, let's take the opportunity to maintain our image as a normal school for the rich and awful. As usual, anything remotely magical, enchanted, vampire, wolf or witch-related must be kept tucked away, hidden, and under lock and key. Now... with your chore assignments. Okay, so we'll split into teams."
after he said that everyone walked into the own individual groups me having nothing to do started walking back to my room until someone stopped me
"storm where do these go" I groaned until I saw who it was
" oh My FUCKING god Ramon " I screamed I'll give you some backstory Ramon and I were best friends with hope and me when we were kids and one day he disappeared and I never saw him again
" How are you "
" I'm good Ramon but you would have known if you weren't gone for so long"
" I had to leave because of when henry died"
" I know I know but shouldn't you get back to work "
" oh yeah see you later, wait shouldn't you be getting ready"
"nope not in the pageant " and when I said that I walked away

" I need another task, Something more strenuous if you have it."
"Does this have anything to do with the return of Roman Sienna? Because I can think of something real strenuous."
