Hope you enjoy guys ❤️ sorry for the wait, I have literally been so tired the past few days it's unreal lolol<3

"It's WHAT!?" Josh screamed.

"Cancelled. There's no prom." Mr Fuentes replied, shrugging his shouldered.

"But we bought the outfits..." I felt my bottom lip tremble as tears streamed down my eyes. I was so excited for the prom, I wanted to take prom pictures together, I wanted to dance, I wanted to have fun... now I wouldn't even get to go.

Josh pulled me into a warm embrace, I was so, so upset but he made me feel a little better by his hug, I loved him. I just wanted to go to prom...

"Oh baby, it's okay... we can make our own prom." He kissed me head, I only nodded, not really in the mood to speak. Why would it even be cancelled? There was absolutely no reason.. was he just doing this out of anger?

"Are you really upset over a stupid little prom when you literally killed my family?" Vic sighed, rolling his eyes. What the hell is that all about? This is way more important, that's like comparing a scratch to being stabbed.

"Do you have any other family, Victor? If so, you better quit complaining." Josh threatened, causing me to smirk at his cuteness. I loved him.

"Oh, boys, I'm so sorry. But, we have a party with the rest of the gang next week, maybe you guys could wear your outfits then?" Claire suggested, she was right. "Maybe you could sing us a song with your lovely voice then, Oli." That would be nice..

For more context, I was currently sitting downstairs with Josh and his parents, and the headmaster for some reason. Well, I guess he isn't my headmaster anymore... guess he's just Victor now. He was actually so rude... seriously, what have we ever done to him?

"You know, Vic, you could come along as well. I mean, you did used to be..." William ended his sentence midway, causing Vic to nod his head.

"Sure, I don't see why not." He shrugged his shoulders. Lately he had been so down in the dumps, maybe he could liven up a bit. "Hey, Josh?" He spoke, looking to Joshua. "You have to stay with me tomorrow."

"Uh, why?" Josh replied, just as confused as me. Would I be coming as well? I can't go without Josh for a day... "Will Oliver be coming?"

"Because we have to discuss." Vic replied, almost too nonchalantly. I know we said that him overreacting about his family was annoying, but now he was too calm. "No, he can't. This is private matter."

"Then I'm not going." Josh looked away, avoiding all the eye contact he could with Vic. I didn't blame him... I mean, that was hell on earth to be away from each other for so long.

"You have to, Josh, you don't realise how important this actually is." William sighed. "The reason Oli can't come is because this is too dangerous, it's not like last time, which was hardly dangerous at all."

Josh stared at the floor, clearly agitated. I wrapped my arms around him to comfort him, he slightly smiled which showed that he appreciated the gesture. I couldn't believe this, a whole day? Especially because I'm in the state I am right now, I don't know if I can handle sleeping without him next to me...

"Fine." My Joshua muttered, sadness surrounding his voice. "I'm not putting him into any dangerous situations."

"I'll be here to take care of him, don't worry, Joshua." Claire smiled brightly, that may be so, but that's not going to put Josh beside me that night.

"Let's go upstairs." Josh turned to me, taking my hand and standing up with me. We walked out of the room without saying a single word to the others. Of course, this was frustrating. We had gotten used too sleeping next to each other, this would be be huge.
